For tiago now, the only reason i'd like to keep him, is that we payed too much. I think we should give him a second chance (as a rotation player of course)
unfortunately thats the only reason he is still wearing our stripes, otherwise he would have been moved the minute the season ended. i doubt anyone would pay as much as we did for him thus he is nothing but a sunk cost for us.

i remember the game against Milan that Sissoko played for 2 players in the midfield and Tiago was invisible....
That is the story of Tiago's whole season. But no one here wants to admit that he was simply shite, instead they come with lame excuses.

Agreed with you on the rest of your post.

He should just go. He isn't worth keeping, especially if we get Alonso.

If we get alonso he will leave for sure...

The question is, if we take Poulsen should Tiago leave??????

They play in different positions, and if Tiago is good, he can give Juve what we need...

If Poulsen is good, he cant...

Tiago mostly suffered due to:

-he is lack of confidence
-his physical condition when he joined us
-the competition in our midfield
-CR's tactical choices and esp the need for 2 DMs, to cover up for our pathetic defense

Ranieri needs 2 DMs and currently we have 2 DMs Sissoko and Zanetti and we laso have 2 MCs Tiago and Marchisio. So is he gonna ruin Tiago and Marchisio using them as DMs while they cant play there?????we can have a combination playing a 4-1-3-2 with this:
---------------------------------------Sissoko
-----------------Camoranesi--------Tiago---------Nedved
this looks by far more normal to me:pimp:

He played as some sort of an attacking midfielder with free role with Zanetti and Nocerino behind him against Reggina at home when we won 4-0 and he had a good match. I can't remember now if he had a similar role in any other matches.

Iaquinta said that if Tiago will perform as he does in the training sessions then Juve doesnt need new midfielders

like reggina man, you said it...

with milan he was crap and thanks god we had momo...

in CL we will meet clubs like Milan and not like reggina...

ok these are realy bad news...

we dont need anybody...

we are full...

its nice to hear that tiago goes on well but we need someone more...

ranieri said that he needs 2 players in every positions an 3 in some others...

it will be good to sell almiron and to byu someone else then we will have 3 players for the midfield...

Tiago Set For Bundesliga Switch?
Juventus flop Tiago maybe on his way to Germany as both Borussia Dortmund and Wolfsburg are interested in the player according to Tuttomercatoweb. The midfielder arrived from French club Lyon last year but he has failed to settle down in Turin and he was woeful when he made the odd appearance for the Bianconeri.

It seems as if he is no longer a part of Claudio Ranieri’s plans and Juve are trying hard to ship him out.

Tuttomercatoweb claims that Borussia Dortmund and Wolfsburg have made enquiries with Juventus over the possibility of taking the player.

Wolfsburg have already dipped their finger in the Italian transfer market after having signed Andrea Barzagli and Christian Zaccardo from Palermo and Tiago could be next.

The Bianconeri are looking to make some dividends from the flop but it in unlikely to be anywhere near the €13m they paid for him last season.

Ranieri has been brining in the muscle this term and he is after a decent midfielder to come in as he attempts to mount a serious challenge in both the Champions League and Serie A next term.

i've been admitting it since day 1. he is sorry and its not ranieri's fault that he cannot even complete a successful out pass

you can't whole-heartedly blame ranieri for tiago's lack of productivity and poor performances this past season. there are many players around the world that are not used to their best potential or capabilities but they do still perform and do not faulter on basic fundamentals as tiago did in his showings this season.

^ Totally agree.

Tiago last season looked clueless and not even a tenth of the player he was with lyon. Lets hope that if he stays he can give us at least half of what he gave lyon...
