Im no fan of Tiago,but he did show improvement in form in the latter part of the season.But that isnt saying much,since overall his time with Juve was pretty horrible.Having said that,id be happy if he was given one more season to show his true worth..if we dont get Alonso.He had a horrible time here,but he is a much better player than this.The chances of him staying are remoate,but an onform Tiago can solve our creative problems.
exactly so y everybody expecting him to be f***ing batman! that man is not a midfield general (that was almiron's job!!!) his job was keep posession like he did at lyon and feed the more creative players such a juninho. we need a midield orchestrator to play alongside him. but most ppl on here expect him to orchestrate because almiron was such a shit player & tiago cam wit a rep. but a rep of what? is what i ask the detractors....of being a leader in the centre of the park or as a passer of the ball to keep the play ticking over and to keep posession of the ball?
sum1 said we need xabi or a player like xabi! well plz explain how he & tiago are different in their playing styles?! please! at pool xabi does the same role of tiago at lyon, keepin posession and the ocassional playmaking, but he does not boss the midfield, that is what setvie G is ther for!!
oh and by the way..pla say they not feeind off media hype....but i'm yet to hear another word to describe his season other than 'flop' which was banded about by the media before most of u even knew the word existed!

Tiago as holding midfielder? That may work in France, but as you've seen in our serie A games, Tiago is no tackle maestro, his positioning was terrible last season. always caught out it seems. That's why his "only" contribution is his passing ability. And that's why we expect him to handle the creative playmaking, he can't do anything else for us.
nor did i claim that he was! that was not his job at lyon or chelsea either. his job was to get the ball from the defence & give it to the creative players like juninho and lampard. we need sum1 cose to him for him to give the ball to! I no liege 1 is no serie A but you don't but strawberries to make an apple pie do u?! so y we expecting so much from sum1 who was not brought in to do that job?
he did what he was good, at keepin posession hence his high pass completeion %, but because almiron was such a shite player tiago looked bad as well. & when lackin a more creative player wit him it's obvious he's look at bit lost cuz he's not a leader, he's a role player!

Almiron played few games in comparasing with Tiago, and its not his fault or CR's or anyone elses but Tiago's only..
If he felt that he can not deliver in seria 1, like he done in france or england, why he did not accepted tottenham's offer in december..
Also i am sure that you know that CR never wanted him at first place, as he knew what will happen, and that is why said "we were (he was) thrown into buying Tiago as Lpool was asking too much for Sissoko"
Don't you think guys that it would be better to offer some chances to Gio, De Cegle, Almiron (if he stays),Marchiso, IQ, and all other players who did not have much chance last season..
Stop going into circles and praising Tiago, if he is that good as you say, why no one wants him?
