Relax you don't need to insult no one. And do you have any problem with French league or Portuguese leage??? Calm down bro we allready understand that you hate Tiago :D

He will leave us but doesn't make Ranieri a great Coach he still have to learn a lot special how to talk about the players....

it is simple.sell tiago and almiron.replace them with Cigarini and Marchisio
Agreed with Cigarini and Marchisio. I think I would actually give Almiron a couple more chances, seeing as Tiago was given so many.

Its time for Tiago to go. Its not that he sucks, he just doesn't fit, and its time to let him go. He never fit, and now its even affecting his effort level.

Did Ranieri screw up? Yep. Did Secco screw up? Yep.

If they don't want to spend big till summer, bring back some of the younger guys on loan... notably Marchisio and De Ceglie.

If they want a Ranieri buddy, stop looking at Sissoko and grab Cigarini.

These two stupids choosed Tiago last summer and these two have the responsibility for him. I can't blame tiago if he didn't offer all that we expected from him.
Yep... it was pretty obvious to most of us that buying both Almiron and Tiago was a waste. It was also seemed apparent that he would not fit in Ranieri's tactics (same with Almiron).

If Tiago was truly sloppy seconds for Sissoko, then they should not have bothered, and just kept Marchisio.

Tiago to Tottenham rekindled after player outburst

Portuguese international midfielder Tiago Mendes has declared he must leave Juventus after 2 horrible performances and 2 half time substitution which sees the potential for Tottenham to revive their bid for the player after Juande Ramos has said he wants to sign a central midfielder.

Tiago’s outburst came after Juventus won their Coppa Italia match against Empoli:

"I can't stay here any longer, the best thing for me would be to leave."

Tiago signed for Juventus from Lyon over the summer for 7m pounds but has not settled in the Italian League as it appears his playing style has clashed with the league and teammates.

Last Saturday he was in the starting 11 to face Catania but a woeful first half performance saw him hauled off at the break. It happened again Tuesday night against Empoli with Juventus trailing 4-3 on aggregate.

Tiago, 26, has been linked with a transfer for several weeks now and has resigned himself to an exit. Tottenham’s bid was rejected recently but talks seem imminent as the manager has given up as well.

Ranieri has done his best to defended the player but now:

“He played really badly, he didn’t play with the right tempo and he was always passing the ball backwards. It was a performance without personality”

Harsh words. Would it be any better at Spurs?

nobody else should be blamed, particularly not ranieri...he gave this homo enough chances...and defended him in the media...so the fucker should leave juve now...
good....

Ironically I say something to a similar extent but with a lil more venom and I am advised by the "tiago's nuts in my mouth" fan club to not insult him or to ease up on the sorry faggot. Amazing, simply amazing how people here defend someone not worth defending because apparently the guy played great elsewhere and now he was forced to sign with juventus for big money and his coach hates him and his coach hasn’t given him ANY playing time at all and the guy can only play in certain select formations otherwise he is as useless as a treadmill at ronaldo's house. Please forgive me if I have made any of this up. And someone please explain to me why he needs to be defended?

@Andy:

as a juventus fan you should know that I really don’t care what he's done for other clubs in a weaker league with less quality and talent. Remember that professional athletics is a "what have you done for me lately?" kind of business. And quite frankly bro, tiago hasn't done much, and then he wants to cry like a little girl to the media which doesn't really help his case that much more.

you should really get your own mind straight. you were one of the few being quite happy with the arrival of that idiot at juve.
I wasn't quite happy but I wasn't outraged either. Again, for the last time, the reason why I liked Ranieri before he took his position at Juventus is because he seemed like a manager who could work with young players, try different and innovative tactics, and build a team with the squad in harmony. But Ranieri has not demonstrated any of those past traits, making ridiculous comments about players to the media, not doing anything except chugging along with the same lunacy all season. This isn't the Ranieri I signed up for. I knew we wouldn't win the Scudetto this season and probably not ever under Ranieri, but I did believe Ranieri would take measures to secure our competitiveness and build a great squad for the future. He's done anything but.

tiago himself has admitted that it all wasn't good enough in the beginning, that he had real problems adapting to the league, so it's not like CR screwed him over ever since his arrival. tiago hasn't shown his true colours in italy yet, it's simple as that (and i'm being very polite on him here). surely CR got frustrated with what was supposed to be the main inforcement for this season and obviously he made it clear that tiago wasn't the type of player he was aiming for, but up late he has spoken in defence of tiago on a regular basis, saying that he was finally adapting to the italian style of football, that tiago was now doing difficult things easily in training and also that he would regularly give him a chance now (which he did since) but still tiago doesn't deliver one bit, i simply see no contribution to the team. CR didn't sub him twice at halftime because he hates him, but simply because tiago's performances are not good enough.
Tiago said that he was not ready once, back in September when Ranieri was not starting him. The media asked Ranieri why one of our major signings was not playing any football, and the manager responded by saying he's not ready yet but soon will be. Tiago then goes on to play a decent game against Reggina in which we win 3-0, with said player grabbing an assist. Next match - Tiago benched. A few weeks later, Tiago is fielded against Empoli where we win 4-0, with said player grabbing two assists in a very good second half after having a poor first half. Next match - Tiago benched. The media decided to start labelling the player a FLOP. For the next month and a half, Tiago was only called off the bench a couple times, when we were not playing well, and Tiago only looked good in the Lazio match where he set up Trezeguet twice after stealing the ball from Lazio midfielders. Then Tiago started against Catania and had a horrible match, just like most of the team. Next match - Horrible display by Tiago, just like everybody besides Nedved, Iaquinta, and Zanetti. Only a couple appearances were handed to the player per mensem. Now the player will be sold for a loss.

So be it. Maybe he should have taken his chances better, but the fact is, Tiago was good in the first two Serie A matches he started in. If people didn't see those matches, and don't acknowledge the fact that he had more assists than Zanetti and Nocerino combined before the month of December, then go ahead and keep berating the player. We have already ruined him, so the best option for all parties is indeed to let him leave and find a place where the directors, manager and fans aren't a bunch of puerile fools.

for sure, it's not a love story between the two of them but if we get rid of one of them then it would definitely be tiago. if i see him play now i have the impression that we bought some supposed talent from some youth team in a forgotten country. he played in portugal, england and france ffs, he's supposed to have some football experience.
That's what doesn't make any sense here.

It's funny that all the neutral fans on this forum, and others, who follow the Premiership, France and Serie A have defended Tiago through this whole debacle. Especially an Arsenal fan. Hmm, strange.

Just to clear something, Im not a fan of Tiago, but I see no reason whatsoever to start insulting the guy, in fact if I remember correctly theres a rule in this forum that says that we cant insult players from Juventus, Tiago is STILL a Juventus player so...

But anyway, seems that theres people who cant express an opinion without insulting...

Now about the topic...

If Tiago wants to leave the best thing for him and for the club is that he leaves, and please Secco find a good replacement

Well it is Ranieri's ineptness that really made Tiago look like a flop. Ranieri simply didn't know how to use him, he fielded him as a defensive midfielder and it didn't work because he's not one and as a playmaker which didn't work either because again he's not one. But these things are not for Ranieri, it is coaches like Mourinho or Ancelotti who can create roles for versatile players.

This site also shows the Platini's best goal, after Tiago's article. FANTASTIC GOAL.
i think that's the goal that brought us the world club cup

Except that he's won more Championship titles than Juventus in the past six years. Yeah, what a loser.
yeah, and i guess such logics make ribéry a bad player

he's definitely been a sour loser in italy. nothing personal but his performances reflect that. like i said before, we should expect much more from a player with experience in portugal, france and england.

Apparently the management wanted Tiago but Ranieri wanted Sissoko. We ended up with the former, and our brilliant manager came out and made that public.

God, what a bunch of fucking retards.
