yeah, and i guess such logics make ribéry a bad player

he's definitely been a sour loser in italy. nothing personal but his performances reflect that. like i said before, we should expect much more from a player with experience in portugal, france and england.
What? How does his performances reflect that he's a "sour loser?" If you remember correctly, we WON the first two matches he started and was content with working hard to win a spot until Ranieri came up with the quote in my signature.

he has won 3....juve 5....which mark did you had in mathematics?? 5 is more than 3
:howler:

Tell me, how many Scudetti are accredited to Juventus since 2003? How many top league Championships has Tiago won since 2003?

Tiago won the Superleague with Benfica in 2003 and 2004, ya fuckin' dolt.

In fact, he's won a league title EVERY season since 2003! Yeah, what a fucking loser !!

he probably did that in training (as even CR said so recently) but it never showed in any game, the 'working hard' is that. sure i know he had his assists, but basically .... that's it.

when nedved sucked (which he did early in the season) he still ran twice as hard as tiago. i know we can't ask one assist a game of a player, but like tiago played we can't afford such player in our midfield.

Nedved runs twice as hard as any player on our side, so that's not any argument.

I dont see how can people argue in favor of this guy, he has disappointed every time, he just does not fit with this team. Send him to Werder + 15 mil for Diego.
It's not his fault he has been used in a wrong way. When he added to the side he was fielded in a non-flat midfield.

well that's basically 433, which we don't play

we can't afford to play a square midfield. we have creative players on the wing, decent dms and a sometimes questionable defence. our squad asks for a flat midfield itselves.

Actually, against Empoli if I recall correctly he was the partner next to Zanetti for the whole match. He looked good without a doubt and helped construct a win with his passing, but people here will state that he was terrible.

Hopefully Tiago will be sold now so I don't have to keep defending the player against unwarranted personal attacks.

Nocerino hasn't been impressive recently but people won't insult him... rightfully. People are easily fooled around here because they believe in the media like the Bible and somehow think that Ranieri has stated facts about him. Funny thing is many of these people who do so also hate Ranieri. Go figure.

We don't have creative players on the wing in the absence of Camoranesi. Moreover, we don't have any good real wingers except for Camoranesi. We have strength in the middle with Zanetti and Nedved and a fantastic group of strikers. How on earth does it make sense to field a straight 4-4-2???

It doesn't make any sense at all. It's a horrendous mistake to field a straight 4-4-2 when we have fantastic strikers who get the job done and a midfield that lacks creativity and TRUE wingers. I don't care about how terrible our defense is... they will make mistakes no matter what formation we deploy. And no, the straight 4-4-2 is does not protect the defense more than a diamond midfield, so don't even try to argue.

I agree with you!!! I think Tiago is a great player. Know he is not playing so good as I usually saw him play. I don't agree with Ranieri's politics but here's the truth...I'm a Juventus fan. I will allways support the team even when I desagree with some politics. I like Tiago but if he is unhappy he sould leave us...JUVENTUS COME ALLWAYS IN FIRST

Well it is Ranieri's ineptness that really made Tiago look like a flop. Ranieri simply didn't know how to use him, he fielded him as a defensive midfielder and it didn't work because he's not one and as a playmaker which didn't work either because again he's not one. But these things are not for Ranieri, it is coaches like Mourinho or Ancelotti who can create roles for versatile players.
Oh, that's just a cop-out. If Tiago was good enough, he'd have won his place.

Your last sentence couldn't be stranger and more wrong. A versatile player, that needs to have a role created for him?

Whatever. Tiago was running just as hard as other players on our pitch except Nedved.
i think he didn't. and even if the opponents were running right at him, they sometimes seemed to be able to run right through him. he was simply offline whenever off the ball, he was physically nowhere. even at one of his 'great games' earlier this season he delivered a sometimes dreadful display. i remember it very well because i didn't know what to think of his performance afterwards: he had set up his goal and for the rest ...

after his second half against lazio people were hyping tiago here because he had completed some passes. i decide not to join

the guy played in portugal, england and france, apparently he's won all league titles the last 6 year (right ?). that's what i call a flop in italy

i wish him the best elsewhere but he should also look at himself for now

From what we saw in the first three months of the season, Tiago was good enough to get more starts and given more time. But along with the foolish benching by Ranieri came the media pressure, and that's where it ends.

You don't have to join. I don't really care. But people were blasting Tiago for not being able to hustle and win balls in midfield, which he did during the match, proving fools wrong.

that's what i call a flop in italy
That's why you cannot be reasoned with.
