He's just a coward. He's not sure Tiago will bring him stability but that's just even worse because he's not even trying.

Superstition is very common in football, I think it plays a role here as well, I can definetly see Ranieri as the small-minded type. Ranieri started off well with Nocerino & Zanetti and with some good luck and saves from individuals he's still doing fairly well and doesn't want to change his approach. Also he's insisting on DP Trez from the start which obviously is not working the way it should.

Tinkerman is famous of trying different tactics and players, even if such a thing could cost his carrier...
I rather think, this |"situation", goes beyond him and its a call, made of our brilliant highest ranked managers,
i believe the same happened with Davids and Bojinov.
It could be smth with the player's contract and financial bonuses based on appearances...

So why did Juve sign him at first place?

Our two most expensive signings are sitting on the bench match in, match out. Tikmerman request them in the summer and now he doesn't know how and where to use them in the team.

Iniesta is one of the very few Spanish players I like. If Juventus could get him, I'd say, don't hesitate. Deco is to old for a new signing in my opinion and Marquez is just not good enough. But if I could sign any player from Barcelona, it would be Xavi (that's the other Spanish player I like).

Nae fussed about Marquez really.

Xavi is awesome.

Barca will refuse any swap that include Iniesta even if we include half our squad in it.
:agree:

They know he is a player they can build a midfield around for the next decade.
