They are different kinds of players. Ranieri played a 4-3-3 with Parma with this midfield:

Dessena - Cigarini - Parravicini

With Cigarini being a playmaker who was doing really well. If he's planning to do something similar with Juve I would be very glad.
Almiron was doing very good with Empoli & he sucked with Juve.
Not every player is able to play for a big team.

I would like if Cigarini comes but as my sig says... :D
I don`t like Rainieri and i would sack him asap but sad think is that he`s doing pretty well so far so there isn`t any excuse to sack him.

Then why do you want to sack him?
Because he`s not the right man for us.He can`t make good tactics and he only once did good subs.I don`t see anything special about him,he`s just avarange coach and there are milions of them but Jose is one and only.I know there were alot of penaltys against us but we also got alot of points based on luck and scoring in last minutes of the game. But thats just my opinion.

Personally I don't like the idea of changing the coach year in year out, especially without a good reason like we did with Deschamps. I think we need continuity, to change the coach every season isn't a good thing. TBH Ranieri wasn't my first choice at all. I was pretty sceptical and even disappointed with the choice of our board. But now my opinion on him completely changed and I really like what Ranieri does. Like you said, if the refs weren't that bad and corupt we probably would be Serie A leader right now. Despite I think Ranieri has a great character which suits Juve.
I can't immagine someone like Mourinho in here, he's more suited to these arrogant clubs like Chelsea,Real etc IMO. Most of the Mourinho lovers are arguing with his so called winner-mentality,but in the end he won just league titles with Chelsea and choked in CL(I must admit his CL win with porto was great though). Seriously, it's not that hard to win the leauge title with so much cash available. Maybe in 4 years but now I'm fine with Ranieri.

Good points there Gigolo but...It is hard to do that, even if thats Chel$ki but your tittle contenders are Man Utd,Arsenal and Liverpool.CL?What can i say...Even if he won it with Porto doesn`t mean he`ll do the same with Chel$ki.Guy is brilliant and has brain but yes he`s also an arrogant bastard but who cares?I agree its stupid to change coaches all the time.Remember Roma 2 years ago? They changed like 5 coaches but then they have found a great one(Spalletti) and they will stick with him for a long time.Even if Ranieri stays i don`t see him as a future coach so thats why should do the same, find good one and stick with him.If Ranieri leaves,we woudn`t lose much but if Mourinho comes we would get very much.

that is not true. Ask Real Madrid (before their 2007 title), Inter, Liverpool. I'm sure they would tell you that just buying expensive players and throwing them out there won't win you league title. Just look at how long those teams went without wining a league title.

I just want Lippi to stay away from Juve. It sounds weird but the worst thing for me would be getting him for the 3rd time. Note that he is my favourite coach though. ;)
