Ẃhat's the deal here? Thuram is a dickarm, Zambrotta is a maggot, Emerson is worthless and Cannavaro is a cunt. Zlatan and Vieira are simply retarded. End of. If three people agree with what I said I'll close this thread as there won't be any need for further discussion.

Noodle soup, here I come.

You can. But I don't think it's right for you to say that whoever isn't pissed about Thuram is screwed up in the head. I mean not that you did in so many words, but you get the idea.
It's my opinion that people are screwed up in the head if they still like the player after what Thuram said about the club. Frankly, it doesn't make any sense. He insulted the club you say you support after wearing the captains armband while still being on the payroll for the club.

If that's not screwed up, I don't know what is.

May I ask, is the problem them leaving, or WANTING to leave? Because Trez and Camo WANTED to leave and tried to force their way out, but werent allowed. Thats the difference between them and the others. Is it a free for all maggotry jokes towards them too?

P.S Agree on Canna, Emerson, Vieira, especially the latter two. ESPECIALLY EMERSON, I celebrated when he left, no ,I REALLY did.

For those who argued Thuram was sold before he wanted to leave:

Juventus defender Lilian Thuram has stated he refuses to play in Serie B next season and would be happy with a move to Barcelona.

The 34-year-old France defender has been at the Stadio Delle Alpi for five seasons, but following the Bianconeri's punishment for match-fixing now feels ready to leave.

The Old Lady were relegated and received a 30-point deduction after being found guilty at the trial in Rome, and Thuram is one of a number of the club's stars now looking for new employers.

"There are really few possibilities I will play in Serie B next season," Thuram explained.

"For the moment I haven't discussed a lot with the club, but meanwhile I hope to find a club to remain in [Serie] A."

Last season's Serie A champions were stripped of their last two league titles following the verdict on Friday, and though an appeal has been launched, the vultures are already swooping for their talent.

Thuram himself has been linked with a move to the UEFA Champions League holders, and the veteran would be more than happy with a move to La Liga.

"We will see. Anyway should it be Barcelona this is a good destination," Thuram added.

Sure, that Thuram is such a great guy. "Juventus who," "I'm not staying in Serie B," all during the World Cup and being on the payroll. Lets support him!

I would do the same If I was a professional like him. He is not a juventino-born anyway, and nothing is wrong in that..

Players needed to be sold and some players wanted to leave. It was mutually beneficial.

Thuram may have said some unpleasant things, but that shouldn't be enough for people to despise him forever. It just means he misses out on being remembered as one of the best defenders Juve had in recent years.

Still, don't you think he got what was coming to him? He was a complete nobody at Barcelona, he was Knezevic in our team. And neither did he win squat in the time that he was there. So it was a complete waste of time and the only thing he got out of it, a player well past his peak, was money.

Well if money is all you want you might as well go play for a club in the gulf.

Indeed, why should a professional player be EXPECTED or demanded of to stay?

Serie B? Really, its more of a rarity then an obligation for anyone to be willing to stay when you take a steep fall like that, especially someone in Thuram's age where it means wasting basically last real season in football on the lower dungeons of football. Football is a mutually benificial game for club and players, what was the benifite for a 35 year old top defender to go to Serie B, with no gurantees or chances for any aspirations? (it was his loss anyway, he would have been admired beyond belief if he stayed, and its not like he acheived anything but his money check in Barca).

I mean, INSANE amount of loyalty is demanded by a professional like that, just like that, but even if he didnt say that he would leave, we were dumping him like a bad habit (while trying to hold on Canna a bit), our financial state was plumbing REALLY fast, and I very much remember our board making it clear someone like Thuram was those they would get rid of first to ease it. They didnt have it easy selling him, and had to package him into the Zambro deal JUST to find someone willing to take on his big salary.

I distinctively remember Camoranesi saying alot of bullshit, through his agent, in his childish attempts to force his way out (Trez made it clear he wants to leave and doesnt accept Serie B, but was quiet afterwards). Bit like Zlatans, and oh wait...their common dominator was their sleaze bag agent they shared :p

Actually, surprisingly Zlatan was the only one who didn't say anything wrong about Juve. And you know how much there are Zlatan quotes in Swedish papers. never seen any.

No, he didnt say anything in overall (praised us like hell when in Inter, to the point perdenti fans started to hate him), but I thought you meant saying bullshit when they were leaving. And he didnt say bullshit perse, but I remember the conduct of playstation boycott :D Him and his agent wasnt up to no good in terms of behaviour.
