You said he left the team a month after joining. Provide examples or kindly don’t spread false shit
Don’t act like a teenager on their first PMS please. It’s not your son that we are talking about.

He is a known whiner who when things don’t go his way he quits. Maybe not the first month or transfer window but at the second or the end for sure.

He did his part here, it’s time to move on.

My brother, who is a diehard Arsenal fan, said it took time for Arteta to get rid of almost the whole old team. At some point, Artera almost got sacked. But Guardiola said Arteta needed time to implement his ideas. My brother also said replacing coaches every year might not provide stability to the team.
I'm OK with keeping Motta as long as he shows some signs of potential for improvement. Unfortunately, I don't see those at all.

Don't worry Giuntoli won't sack him until champions league qualification is not mathematically possible and there is possibility that we might still keep Motta as the coach as there is no leadership at the club.

Thiago Motta : “ Benfica did better than us. In the first half they were superior: we improved in the second, but their victory is deserved. Now we have to reset and think about Sunday. Injury Kalulu ? We have to evaluate. Locatelli did well as a centre back”

[Nico Schira]

Thiago Motta : “Ups and downs? Defeat always hurts and cannot be justified. In Naples, excellent first half, but not in the second. Today good in the second, but we need to improve in continuity: matches last 95 minutes. ACMilan or PSV ? They are high-level opponents”

Thiago Motta to Sky: 'Juve has a great history, there are no excuses for the defeat. Now let's think about Empoli'

BAD EVENING - "During the match, Benfica did better than us, in the first half they were superior then they managed well, in the second half we played better. We missed getting into the opponent's area a bit. Now we have to reset and think about Empoli".

KALULU - "We have to evaluate him, he slipped and felt a point behind that bothered him. He couldn't continue, Manu came on and as a centre back he did well. Out of necessity we had to put the players in other positions at times. The important thing is that they give their availability".

UPS AND DOWNS "Defeat always hurts. We have a great history, when you lose there are no situations we need to talk about to justify ourselves. Defeat is defeat, with Napoli we had a great first half but to win we need to do better in the 90 minutes".

PSV OR MILAN - "We'll see, they are two top opponents, who are there playing the Playoff on merit. When we have to play we'll prepare, we'll have to be ready. There's a bit to go, now we're focusing on Sunday".

And leave the second month because we didn’t sign Calafiori or someone like him.
We definitely needed that. Better to sign Calafiori than most of our summer signings, and it was an extremely obvious signing to make, no hindsight needed.

We can complain about Conte's whining while Napoli celebrates a scudetto and we argue about another "year 0" of the project. Motta wasn't a bad choice in the summer but Conte was the best one.

calafiori would have been the first one on the sidelines, he'd be constantly injured. not that we're more lucky with both cabal and bremer tearing their acl's but calafiori and juventus screams bad karma. not that i don't like him as a player, his injury record is more than alarming though

Why is he still here? 1 good game in the last 8. Unbeaten to back to back losses. Sack this fraud now. We will not win against Empoli, draw at best.
