I actually think he has pre planned subs that he sticks to no matter what. He has no idea how to adjust in game or change formation or tactic mid game.
You do this if you're inzaghi and have capable subs. He needs to learn how to adapt but honestly we're not an experiment so he should be sacked. Can't have a coach who hasn't figured out his shit and we're more than halfway through the season. The risks we're running into now are irreversible.

Meh let's just face. He's staying surely and we'll pull the trigger MAYBE only in case he fails to get us CL.

It would surprise me otherwise. Our staff was always giving our coaches 50 chances despite shit results and season they had.
Very likely that happens. Serie A are once again well on course to get 5 CL spots.

We'd have to do really well to finish 5th in this shit league tho

CL football will decide his fate for sure. This is why we are panicking and making unusually large number of signings in a Jan window.

I don't think you do this ever as a coach, subs are there to change or maintain control of the game. It reeks of hubris. It's shit you do while playing fifa.

Considering we're fighting for 4th spot, I highly doubt our staff expects anything from the CL. It's probably a huge success for them to get past the first stages.

Hell, I don't even blame our staff there. I don't expect anything from us in Europe. Serie A is dogshit and we can't do anything there, let alone in Europe. Many teams would trash our ass quite easily.

Conte needed half a season to rid Napoli of their problems and got them to a level they can only dream of. This impact is similar to when started with us. This is what we need. Someone that actually can change this fucking pussy mentality that we have now. It seems that under Motta, the pussy mentality has increased to an all time high levels.

The next month or so of fixtures is not easy, even the away matches to smaller teams are difficult.

On current form, I'd be surprised if we get through it unscathed and there isn't big pressure on him. The situation could turn in to the end of Allegri's season very quickly and how we get through the period will likely determine his future here.
