I think this as well. A lot of complaints about taking off Vlahovic, but we don't have another striker for example.
If we had done our homework on them we could have taken off Vlahovic when the game was already over for us. When you look at our remaining games in the CL (even at home) you realise this one was a must-win. And we completely blew it.

Instead, we lose this one, and with our poor form, momentum shifting towards negativity, we go into a derby (with plenty of other key players missing) we will most likely lose this one and kiss our hopes of winning Serie A goodbye for another season.

I’m serious when I say our season could already be over by the end of this month. Its happened in previous years with Allegri too.

Not really but at least should have done better, he got his lineup and subs wrong today. Since this was a home game we should be pushing to win them, with this new format.
His lineups have been difficult to understand throughout this season but with so many key players getting injured at the crucial part of the season is not helping him.

We’re not winning the Scudetto, those 20 minutes less for Vlahovic won’t have any impact against Inter, let’s be real.

I’m more worried about making the top 4, we absolutely suck on the offensive end, and haven’t seen any progress, if anything the first 2 Serie A games were our best and we’ve only regressed since.

To me he's still experimenting which is a little annoying. I think Gatti-Kalulu was the obvious partnership. Why did Cambiaso not play? I get it that Luiz got injured but Thuram and Wes in the same lineup seems counterintuitive. At best, he could have lined up Mbangula and Chico on the wings with Yildiz behind Vlaho. The correct lineup was very obvious, in my opinion.

He's trying to be too smart with the tactics and choices.

We've had Fagioli at LB at times, heavy rotation and took off our CF for a teenager coming back from injury who has just joined from Montenegro.

I don't mind the players interchanging positions, it can be really effective. But what you saw tonight was the weaknesses of doing it, positionally we were all over the place. It felt at times if we just sat with two lines of 4 even for 15/20 mins we'd have more control and not be so open.

Injuries are playing a big part here too. It cannot be overstated how important Bremer was for this defense. I truly believe losing that guy was the worst that could have happened to this team.

Motta got it all wrong today though.

Hopefully he learns from this. Lets not forget eventhough he has experience in the CL as player, as a coach he is a bit green and Stutgart are very good side. No need to panic over this.
Stuttgart hasnt been in the CL for 15 years… stuttgarts Coach is as old as motta, Stuttgart lost some of their best Players in the Summer.

You can lose a Game but get outplayed for 97 mins at home is enbarrassing

Not acceptable for a Juventus fan or coach to have this mentality. We spent huge amount of money in the summer to COMPETE (not necessarily win) for the title. No reason we can’t do this in this shitty league of ours.

He’s trying to hard to come off as some sort of genuis with his line ups. It works 1/10 times. Also I am all for playing youth but when the youth suck, they suck. Savona, Rouhi, and the like should not be starting not because they’re young but because they’re crap.
Keep it simple Cambiaso and Cabal are our best fullbacks. Mckennie and any of the other 4 useless mids in a double pivot. Also when Koop is injured no point in replacing him with another player it won’t work, just play a 4 4 2 with 2 straight wingers and 2 attackers.
But Motta won’t do that because he’s a genuis and will play zambagalolo from NG next as his next master stroke

Bad night but still completely trust the process for the next couple of seasons

We will recover. Way too many injuries early on in the season. I am confident we will be back on track soon.

I said before it was terrible game. At half time I thought one of our worst performances over the last few seasons. However, we have a lot of new faces along with a new coach. Stuttgart looks like a well drilled side, good chemistry between players, obviously they are playing together for a while while we are looking to build our team. We are few months into a season, had a lot of changes over the summer. It will take more time and resources to get us back to elite.

What we need is a good sporting director and some lucky singings like Vidal or Pogba. Cause nothing seems to work for us. Other than Kalulu I wouldnt keep any of the new signings ( judgment is still to be done for Koop)

For all the money spend or to be paid next year, I have seen very little outcome. With our finances and loans/obligations to be paid…. I don’t really know where they want to find another 200 mil to fix the squad

Koop is a pure class, his eye for a pass can make a difference. With him tonight, this could have been entirely different game. Chico looks like a gem as well. Thuram is good enough for the bench with a solid potential for more. Jury is still out for DL.
