When you see Motta's Bologna his peak is in February, where they win all the match in that month
I really hope we can get to our peak faster in January and last longer til end of June

This is clearly super high expectation, winter mercato to fill up the gap is crucial here
we fans need to stop comparing his team with what bologna did.

Expectations are different here than bologna. You can’t have team peaking late when the season is over by then.

With our capacity and infrastructure, we can hope we will peak faster and last longer
What I dont like with our current situation, it seems the docters in Jmedical seems to prolong the days players out injured just for precaution, precaution is good but it seems we are in the level of over precaution considering every 1 or 2 matches our players keep sidelined to be monitoring again after they gone for a pretty long time

Seeing Yildiz click with Dusan as the trequartista in the first few games, and then moving him out of position onto the wing to accommodate Koopmeiners to play also out of position behind Dusan was a huge flop of an idea which he tried to force for FAR too long.

If we'd kept Yildiz there and put Koop next to Locatelli all season I think we'd be running much more smoothly by now.

Somebody didn't understand what type of Player Koopmeiners is. Was it him or Giuntoli? I didn't know anything about him but I'm not being paid big bucks to spend big bucks.

Gasperini played Koop in several positions, sometimes behind the front two, sometimes beside attacking mid alongside Ketelaere, other times even on the left flank, and as a CM. Koop versatility is one of his strengths. However we all know the best position for him, but I agree 100% it is far too long and Motta should give up now. Props for trying, I can only assume it was because of Koops ball recovery ability, but time is up now.

So I don't think Koopmeiners is played out of position as a CAM. I think it's a matter of how the team is set up. In a 433 with a holding mid you have two CAMs. In a 4231 you have two holding mids and one CAM. I don't think Koop should rotate with Locatelli and Thuram back as a holding mid.

As for Yildiz I still don't know if I agree he is wasted at LW. He has had strong performances there and more space to cut in and challenge in a 1:1. Playing Yildiz as a CAM does not mean he will have a better outout (goals & assists) in my opinion. There's less time on the ball and more defensive runs when playing in the middle than out on the wing.

Yildiz is a forward and Koop is a midfielder.

If anything I think we should look for reinforcements on the LW, and play Yildiz in front instead of Vlahovic.

It just doesnt look any better. We are struggling too much against relegation battling teams to a point that it is laughable. It is just so obvious they will create a chance everytime they cross to our half. We dont defend well, we dont create chances on the other end. We keep passing the ball sideways for most of the game. Very frustrating side to watch.

We’re not making top 4 with Motta.
My expectations were comfortable top 4 finish, maybe even fighting for the title at one point during the season, then eventually due to lack of depth dropping to 3rd. This looks nothing like that, we are trying to catch up with the likes of Fiorentina and Lazio, while Bologna is leveled on points with us. Current Juve side, even with injuries taken into consideration, should be comfortably top 2-3. We are playing way bellow our potential.

It is just a matter of stringing couple of victories and then we will see a different Juve.

Lol Ive heard that one before. With Yildiz, Nico, Dusan, Chico all out there, we should be leading comfortably. Monza is missing half their team tonight.
