I don't hate the top management, yet. They're figuring it out, they brought in Giuntoli, Motta and overhauled our medical staff. I'm not sure what's the explanation here. Motta had a wonder season and maybe we were a little premature, maybe same could be said about Giuntoli. Anyway I still think a few more months are required, we need to win, even scrambling wins like these brings some confidence, and the players can stop feeling tense, as can we. Right now everyone is walking on eggshells, we attack but not sure what to do so we stick to possession. We will become creative once we feel safe knowing we can win games. Then we can start playing fluently and comfortably with a high football-esteem and football-efficacy. For now let's just keep winning!

Everything feels forced when we attack and everything looks so easy when the other teams attack us. They take advantage of every litle space we leave behind. However, tonight we left abundance of space on the left side that was open all night. We rely on Yildiz or Chico to beat 2-3 guys or corner kicks to force something in. Our midfielders arent picking runs into the box. Dusan had few promising positions he found himself in, but he is so predictable and easily closed down. Im not optimistic at all this side can finish top 4. Too many things would need to change.
