The team looks rattled and confused. Little cohesion in the team...which isnt a surprise with all the chamges and injuries under a new manager. But the team looks unmotivated, where is the hunger...it was the 90th min against parma and players are walking and passing slowly...almost like it was a training session. To me that hunger and want isnt there..and that is on motta.

Stop the tinkering...start benching players who are not performing...motivate the team. We started the season with yildiz in the middle, bangers on the left...it was exciting...since then he has fucked around with it all.

Remember when Lippi stubbornly sticked to his formation and thesis no matter what?

No you don't, because he didn't.

He focused on the players and adjusted things to accommodate his best players. Because he knew best players will make the difference and other players will follow them to hell if needed.

He did it the national team when Italy won World Cup.

He did it with Nedved giving him free role on the pitch in the year Nedved won Ballon d'Or and we almost won CL.

On the other hand, we now have a pretentious and stubborn coach that's sticking with his thesis and who thinks he invented modern football.

Which coach did you have in mind before we appointed Motta?

Funny, as we looks like two different teams to that seen in the first few rounds.

I mean, maybe the problem here is you're comparing a 42 year old coach to Lippi?

No problem. I can compare him to Pirlo. That guy was also testing his thesis with us. And won two trophies. What has Motta won so far as a coach?

We’re literally the only top team that rotates the way we did in these past months. We have players that play 2 games, then hit the bench for 2 months than suddenly they start again. He even rotated the captains like crazy.

Bro, Hansi Flick also has half his team injured while also being bankrupt and in year one. Stop all these experiments so we at least start looking like a cohesive team.
Yesterday was like he benched Yamal after scoring 2 goals on Saturday because "reasons", with Yildiz.

Parma we're much more prepared and we didn't adequately prepare to deal with them and run our own game. They defended extremely well and attacked in numbers.

Do we not scout our opponents? Looked lost. It should not have been this hard to get a draw at home.
