Can someone explain atintop to madrid move?
Dude can cover most positions, has a good shot/cross. Signed for free, good deal by RM.

Whereas Juve loans a limited player for 2.5m and is probably going to pay 10 million in total. So some members of Juventuz will moan because we could've been better off with spending less money. Altintop deal > paying 10M for Pepe.

It is a move at least 85% of this forum members would be against and moan how bad Marotta is but when the transfer actually is done by Mourinho, it has to have something simple person couldn't know.
I hate Mourinho, but the guy has been successful everywhere he has been so i trust that he knows what is doing.

Look, the day this team actually has stars and good starters then nobody would complain about Altintop. But for now, we don't need any Altintop's or Pazienza's, we need quality players who can raise the quality of the team.

proven champions...like Barzagli and Toni..., we have failed so hard last year, that this seasons summers transfer window is already wasted.
We should be pleased if we disengage from the most disastrous dealings we made last year, so we set the bases for some proper building next year, with minimum loses this year, both financial and performance.
We need exp and a clear strategy, but judging by the mens being at the helm to do the job and their competence/exp, we probably are going to waste the 2012-2013 season as well...

Wouldn't it be amazing if we bought Beck, Sakho and Cissikho. Our backline would be the best in Europe. How much would that cost anyways, 6M for Beck, 25M for Sakho, 20M for Cissikho = 51M. Maybe we can buy Pastore too for 30M = 81M

Buffon
Beck - Sakho - Chiellini - Cissikho
Melo - Pastore - Pirlo
Krasic - Matri - Quag

With Marotta at the helm, there is next to no hope of a successful transfer campaign. In any case, the damage has already been done last summer with disastrous loans and signings. You can't fix that sort of disaster in one transfer campaign.

For all the rumours of signing world-class players, I think we are all wise enough to now know Juve will NEVER go for these type of players. We now take "La Vecchia Signora" in a serious literal sense and would like this nickname to be reflected on the field.
