Ok, so here is the big question.

Would you rather have

1) 2 decent fullbacks like Beck and Ziegler, an excellent winger(Vargas/Bastos) and a world class second striker(Aguero/Pastore/Sanchez)

or

2) 2 excellent(potential world class) full backs like Isla and Cissokho, an excellent winger(Vargas/Bastos) and Quag+Matri as our strike force.

I would rather have number 2. Yes, a world class second striker would be fapworthy but I prefer having a very strong defense and imo, we need better than Beck and Ziegler.

Considering you're only going to play in Serie A next season i would go with the second option, you can add a WC second striker when you have CL guaranteed, Matri and Quagliarella should be enough to get you 3th.

If Pirlo does arrive and we are to get one of Pastore or Kun, then I would go for Kun..
Kun with Matri or even Quag is a delight for Pirlo,he could provide those killer passes.. and someone who is at least a pure lefty winger with good techniques and crosses like Bastos, would do fine..but I really do think for this 4-4-2 to work then we absolutely need two great full backs, Isla and Cissokho or Isla and Boateng from City

4-4-2
Conte

Isla-Bonucci-Chiello-Cissokho
Krasic-Pirlo-Melo-Bastos
Kun-Matri

Imo Boateng isn't that good.
I couldn't think of any better LB whom is a tad bit realistic(not that any of the ones I mention are realistic, but they have a slight chance of moving) I actually like Tremoulinas, but there have been no words on him since January. and Boateng has not been playing regularly,he would not want to give his starting spot away for the NT with 2012 Euro coming..And I think he has lots of potentials, yes Cissokho is better but Boateng could become WC too
