Juventus willing to offer Chiellini, Melo for Real Madrid striker Benzema

Juventus are willing to make a double swap offer to Real Madrid for striker Karim Benzema.

Last night, Juve GM Beppe Marotta admitted they would be seeking "three or four top quality players" for the summer market - and Gazzetta dello Sport says Benzema is on his shopping list.

Marotta aims to take advantage of Real's interest in Giorgio Chiellini to set up swap talks for the Frenchman.

Juve would be willing to part with Chiellini and midfielder Felipe Melo in exchange for Benzema at the end of the season.

:sergio: he also now says Four Top Quality players thought just more mediocracy

About as believable as Jack and the Beanstalk...

And you couldn't put it past Marotta to travel to Madrid to negotiate a deal for Benzema and return instead with a can of beans

We'll see how Matri finishes out the season. But I do think he fills that role a little better. I simply prefer a true target man/complete forward up front in my systems. Quags is a second striker to me.
It would be interesting to see them play a couple of games together though.

How much would Quag cost? Let's see if he can regain his older form, after this lengthy lay off. If he does regain his form, I would sign him.

The rumour-mill really has slowed down these days, the only fake news I've read today is that we along with Valencia are interested in Nigel Reo-Coker!

honestly, the media aren't even trying anymore

Apparently that Reo-Coker article came directly from his agent.

Well his agent, Tony Finnegan, is a shit-talking wide boy, having listened to him talk at length being Marlon King's agent. I think he was quoted as saying there were foreign teams interested, and the media made the teams up?

Yeah, I saw it last night and didn't want to mention it here.

A journalist on twitter seems to know that the article was published at the request of the agent.
