Parma has the right to buy 50% of Gio's contract for a fixed price (3 or 3.5m eur, I don't remember) and they will do that.
With that being done Seba will not be entirely owned by us and we won't be able to do with him whatever we want.

Both clubs have to come to an agreement, if they fail to do that than a blind auction has to be done.

Everything is decided between the clubs. Usually the club he plays for pays the full salary, but there are cases when both teams pay parts of the salary.
