I was making an overstatement with the pure crap, but still he is a crap player. He can barely pass defenders in the Eredivisie (not the strongest of competitions btw) his speed is his main weapon and whenever PSV start playing on the counter than he can be of any value for them.

If you really want to buy someone from the Eredivisie go for Suarez or Theo Jansen. A youth prospect is Siem de Jong. Affelay is just overrated
