Lack of playing time. Even though his game alongside with Vucinic's is very influential both of them get to warm their bench quite often. And he's not in good terms with fans, they even wrote "Menez leave" on their training ground.

He would be a great transfer.

Not quite similar positions. Bastos would fit into typical 4-4-2 while Menez is the most effective behind strikers and as a SS
