After Madrid's failure to win anything this season I am sure they will go all out to find a new striker this summer and I doubt Higuian would want to stay and sit on the bench.

Indeed. Benzema and Higuain will not leave for a club who cannot offer Champions League.

Dzeko is one of the few top strikers we have a chance of getting. Very few teams can afford him and apparantly he wants a move to Italy rather than Spain and England

i did mention higuain earlier in this thread, i've been a big fan of his since he was at river place, madrid are apparently not keen to give him the contract he feels he deserves, hence why he wants to leave, i can understand that considering his form this season is not being rewarded and earns a fraction of most of the other players mostly who has underperformed i.e. benzema.

mmh i disagree i think he's a trez type striker, hw could go invisible for a while but he definitely has the killer instinct(except for that monumental miss against lyon)

The last thing our new sporting director should be looking for is a 30+ million striker and this is assuming we get a new transfer guru, if it's Secco in charge I seriously doubt he could pull Torres or Higuain even if we had the dough.
