:p coz this is not FM, no honestly we re not in a position to develop talent(though i dont rate him personally) we need quality unless it's ridiculously glaring a la kaka.
As I see it he has already developed and matured the last year. He can be the Camoranesi replacement we need. We could get him in this window before Real or another big spending club bids on him. If I'm not mistaken, his contract with PSV runs out in 2011. I don't see us buying him as a bad move tbh.

The weirdest rumour I read today was Maxi Lopez to Juve. :sergio: Maxi "f*ckin'" Lopez!

    :agree:

Afellay has put in some good performances and showed a positive developing line in the Dutch league, but I would never consider him as a starter for Juve in the near future. First of all, I dont think he's that good as some make him out to be. Dont get me wrong, he's not a bad player, but he just ain't ready for a top club yet(meh, are we still a top club?). Second, and most important part, he is very injury prone. Imagine an already injury prone player working with our medical staff.

Decent player, but as Deneb said not worthy of taking the risk.

Foggia, for a decent price, wouldn't be bad on the right as a Camo alternative.

Yes, people will say we need higher ambition but Foggia knows how to open up Serie A defences and he has some pace and flair. Much rather have him than Brazzo.

Absolutely. But then again I wouldn't want to use funds to bring in a winger, first things first the defense has to be sured up. That should be the priority for now.

Yes, the defence is of course the priority.

Foggia doesn't seem to be a certain regular for Lazio however (Rocchi - Floccari - Zarate) and I guess he wants a chance for the World Cup, so he shouldn't be difficult or expensive to acquire.

If we've decided to buy a midfielder I'd prefer it to be Foggia instead of Guti, Ledesma, Gago or someone in that mould.

Tuttosport saying we'll go after Tasci since Molinaro went to Germany.

    His price is ~10mln

They also say there could be a possible swap, Malouda - Iaquinta and a Lanzaface comeback in January.

Defenitely (stupid Ballardini benches him for his 4 CMs/DMs formations), and I said this before, but I get grief whenever I bring up Foggia as a good squad option.

I would defenitely prefer him to most mentionned. Hope tuttocrap is right for once.

I don't know about the last bit, I'd sell Iaquinta for directly with no swaps. I know Malouda was a beast under Hiddink last year, but by the time he settles and what not he'll already be washed up.

Yeah, I've been saying that ever since our game against Cagliari in 2007 with the penalties and the Zebina slap. What a game he had.

Meh, maybe we should've just got Guberti last season on a free and utilize him as back-up every now and then. But, Foggia... couldve been a lot worst.
Guberti is a piece of shit. He's not even an average player. Slow, slow dribbler, crosses are meh. One on one he wouldn't beat my granny.

No wonder Roma, who are desperate as it can, want to sell him already.

Yes, Guberti sucked balls for Roma, one trick pony who can only dribble to one direction, and been lousy in everything else. If you seen Roma's Europa league games as I have, then you guys with lol at how laughable Guberti been.

And Dooz, I will ditch my Guru Mark for you if you tell me Foggia will be signed as good squad option, thats not too hard to demand is it? ;) Not big or hard signing.

Hehe, you know I wouldn't say something like that, whatever the prize is. :D

La Stampa is saying we'll go after Foggia actually, they are not a bad source. But still, I have no idea what is Lotito trying to do with Lazio. If he wants to destroy the club, he's on a good way.

First he missed 15mln on Pandev, now he might lose Kolarov (I doubt). There are talks that Zarate might leave and now Foggia too.

I don't think it's a hard signing, if we sell Iaquinta that is. They say we'd get 10-12mln for him by the way.

Foggia is still an average player in my books, he'd help us but I don't like the idea of his arrival when he's our first choice. The thing I like about that transfer is that it'd be a loan deal.
