Because I want to get rid of Tiago, Poulsen and their wages and replace them with better and younger players that make less money. Momo, Melo, Marchisio and 2 others choosing between Marrone, Ekdal, Mou. Sissoko/Kacar...I don't see a problem there.
I don't see one either.
At the end of the day if we do sign Dominguez will it significantly aid us in winning a trophy this season? Probably not. Next...
Don't we have Iago/Daud that can play in this position? If we want this punk for a replacement/sub for Camo in the AM position, why the hell can't we just go youth instead? :sergio:
I don't watch our game against Palermo when they beat us 2-0. But from what i read in this forum Kjaer played superbly that time, but you also can't deny we play worse that time, and we played Amauri - Trez upfront without creativity. Siena almost hold us a draw when we played the same formation like again Palermo. Who are the CB that Siena's have?

The game that i watched Kjaer is when Palermo against Inter, or last game when Palermo against Bologna. He played horrible in those 2 games. So i still respect all other ppl that rated him very high and the fact that he is the first team in Danish NT and bring them to WC although he is very young. I believe he is talented and can improve a lot

But there is another alternative like Rannocchia that seems very good and cheaper. Also Bonnucci. So i don't want we bound to just look for Kjaer. So compare the price and the talent, i would choose Rannocchia. Or if we can wait until end of the season and then judge between the two fairly
Don't forget we had Camo and Diego playing this game. Holding up two powerful strikers like Trez/Amauir is not easy either.
Wolsburg have announced theyll sell Dzeko for the agreed price and Meelan are about to pounce on him :sergio:

Youth is admirable, giving them chance etc, but some reality check please, Iago so far is nothing but a youth team player (who is deemed not worthy of senior footie by Bari, bit weird, but there must be something to it), he has some promise, like Daud, who is struggling at Serie B at ze moment. So what I am saying have little perspective and dont get ahead of yourself, I like our young talents to have a chance, if they are talented enough, but you call Dominguez a punk while advocating for them, like they are comparable to a top few best player in the Russian league (together with Danny) who is excelling really well in CL so far and prolly will be the reason why Barca may be eliminated in that group (I prefer Inter, but if Barca get a draw in next game, they are fooked).

If Dominguez gives us the option of backup to Gio/Diego/Camo, and will cost us nothing...why not bring him in???? We loaned out our only possible back up to those three, in Iago...And presently, if any of those 3 gets injured or suspended, Ciro is using players like De Ceglie and Tiago who are not at all naturally suited to any of those roles...So, we may as well have a FREE, capable player, who can play along that line of 3. Its makes sense...

Armin Veh said that there is a release clause after all on Dzeko's contract and it's 30mln euros. It seems that Milan is going after that, some EPL team are in the race as well.

I guess we can wave goodbye to him.

Ranocchia hopes to play for Juve Thursday 19 November, 2009

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bari starlet Andrea Ranocchia would love to play alongside Fabio Cannavaro and Gigi Buffon at Juventus.

The 21-year-old has been a revelation this season, marshalling a backline that has conceded fewer goals than any other in Serie A in 2009-10.

Ranocchia is currently on loan from Genoa, but interest in his services has grown, so much so that Inter and Juventus are expected to battle it out for his signature in the summer.

Speaking to Tuttosport, Ranocchia said: “I saw little of Ferrara as a player even when I watched the old games with my former boss Antonio Conte. But, having heard him speak of Ferrara, I know that Ciro was an implacable man-marker.

“As for Cannavaro and Buffon, it's obvious that it would be wonderful to play with them. It's already a great satisfaction just to play against them. The 2006 World Cup is a fantastic memory. I watched the final at home with my friends. There were 30 of us. It was an unforgettable night.”

Asked if he ever thinks about going to next summer's World Cup, Ranocchia replied: “I don't, it's still six months away. For now, I am doing well, but anything can happen. We'll see.

“I have to say that I have found it easier to play in Serie A than in the lower divisions, even if the opponents are stronger because I have matured and improved with respect to the last few years, but also because there is more organisation; you run less but better.

“Alessandro Nesta has been my idol and my model since I became a defender. He is the strongest of all. I have also got to know him and even just from speaking with him for a few minutes he seems to be an exceptional person,” Ranocchia concluded.
