What are you on about? Players like Ribery & Fabregas are pure match winners.Id break the bank to get either of them. They would certainly perform from word go & increase the teams creativity by ten fold.
You said he was value for moeny with regard to Xavi, yet neither player has a set price and you can't accurately speculate.

Age has ntohing to do with it also, Xavi is the best

Xavi right now is the better, more complete, more mature version of Fabregas. He's at his peak and is probably the best central midfielder in the world right now.

But let's not forget that Cesc is just 22 and still has room for improvement. Also Cesc has been played with some rather poor midfielders and is carrying way too much responsibility in Arsenal's midfield. Xavi wasn't as good as Cesc was at 22, and that also has to count for something.

:tup: Mr Irish Zebra doesn't get that at his age & abilities he is great value for money, regardless of how much has to be spent.

Not all players get better with age, i don't think you get that, irrespective of that Xavi is the best CM in the world, he's just overall better that Fabregas, fuck age and how he lead arsenal he's not as good as Xavi and thats that.

Yeah it must be real hard having quality players besides you as to having Denilson,Song & Diabi.

I never said Fabregas was better but rather that i would take him over Xavi, given the choice. Are you suggesting Fabregas wont get any better?:howler:

He's already getting better season by season, his performances might not always reflect that(largely due to the added responsibilites of captaincy plus the defending he has to do, because Denilson is useless). But obviously he has become a better tackler and a better goalscorer over the past few months.

Guys, get back on Earth. Cesc will never join us, he is destined for barca.
We need 2 defenders next summer, maybe 1 midfielder and 2 attackers.
Defenders:
-if Caceres is good enough, like he played today against Lazio, lets keep him + bring Rafinha and Zapata maybe?
-Midfielder? just a back-up for Salihamdzic, who will probably leave. We'll need a bargain, someone with high work rate, Rakitic? I don't know. You tell me.
- Tricky ones. Forwards... Hmmm, some of you mentioned Dzeko. Goal.com mentioned we'd bring Rossi. I'd go for Rossi (italian+young).
Luis Fabiano will be 30. We dont need to invest in someone who is 30. Maybe around 7 mil max.
Dzeko? I really like the guy. But lets see his output this season in Bundesliga.

Forza Juve
