No, he is an right sided CB in a 3 man defence, whenever they tried a 4 man defence and he was on the right, he has not even been average in overall as a fullback, just defensively sits there. Would you guys be happy with Mellberg as permanent solution for RB? I guess not.

I didn't realise we could be getting that much out of sales. D'Ago and Grosso would cost around 23m combined I think. In theory, we'd then have cash left for a RB and/or Rossi (if Trez leaves).

Adding 4-5 new starters is risky though, but I'd go for it.
