When does his contract expire?

If it expires soon and we can get him cheaply, then being 29 is absolutely no problem. That's the same age Trez was in 2006 or Ale was in 2003. Signing a 3 year contract with a 29 year old is no problem if the striker is quality.
There are tons of 29-32 year old strikers who did great in this particular period of their careers.

Luis Fabiano is about to be 29 years old, I would prefer someone a bit younger.

Fabaino IMO is in his peak form and with Diego playin behind he will be deadly, His age should not be a problem

For Kjaer? Well, they say his price is around 12mln right now, I expect a good season and his price higher at the end of the season. Probably around 16mln euros if we don't include any player in that deal which is IMO totally worth for him. I love his style, I'm just afraid it's gonna be really hard for us to sign him. Milan probably want him badly too, real replacement for Maldini and even Nesta is not getting any younger. Getting him would be one of the best transfers we could pull off.

I am not sure about Zamparini and Milan, he hates them.

Milan can beat us any time when it comes to wages. They clearly give more than it's supposed to, not a big problem for them and also, they will probably get rid of Dida and Oddo soon so they can invest more into others.

I think it is highly debatable at this point as to whether Milan will continue to pay huge wages or if they will start to be more sensible and actually pay players what they are worth.

Maybe, but yet again I doubt they would miss out such an opportunity to not get a perfect defender to take Maldini's or whoevers place.

Because their defense is falling apart and they could get rid of 3-4 players on that place, they need something fresh. Kjaer is not good, he's a perfect defender...at least he was so far. When I watched him I couldn't simply believe he was 19 because he had everything need...and because of that, if he keeps it on this level, I wouldn't be surprised if some club (Milan) offers him 4mln/year and a 5 year deal.

Maybe I overrate him, maybe, but I think he's totally worth all that money.
