I just hope they do the same with basketball in Europe. Enough with these rich clubs like Bayern getting free pass into the elite competiton (when they cant even make the finals of their own league), monopolizing a sport and stealing money from the poor smaller clubs like Bamberg or Ulm who outperform them on the court. Bring basketball back under FIBA Europes control!!!

not only that... like I said in a previous post, you can’t announce this without the support of German and French tems... you can’t be prepared to face a mob like FIFA and know that they will do anything to keep control including pay money...

you can’t go public and say “We are all in this and no one can leave” and less than 24 hours later having the first team leaving...

I don’t know what they were expecting... they let UEFA to control the narrative... just incredible
