nice

then serie a's regulations are clearly against said competition law too
It's the same in the EPL as well. While UEFA and FIFA cannot impose sanctions, can the individuals FAs in each country do it though? This is going to be a much longer battle before we see any significant change imo.

The Super League fucked up with the initial launch and plans. If they had launched with what the current proposed plan is, the optics would have been so much better. Even with this verdict, it's going to be an uphill battle to launch the tournament. They'll need to drive up goodwill first and that'll take an incredible amount of good PR.

With the ruling now stating that UEFA cannot sanction clubs in this manner, I hope Elkann will say something like we were illegally threatened by UEFA if we didn't back down.
Don't hold your breath on that, Elkann will probably donate half our income and take another year without europe to suck uefa's dick some more

I'd like to see them try, and I really hope the figc try it on us and we win, sue them for several hundreds of million in damages, bankrupt the figc, start again.

:agree:
How do people watch EPL in this country? The fact that certain platforms can only broadcast certain games is so stupid.
