The reason behind Deschamps possible departure (5 Viewers)

IF Deschamps is not our coach next season, what could be the ONE main reason behind it

  • a)The board only wanted him incharge for one season to begin with.

  • b)They arent convinced by his performance as manager, and expected more.

  • c)They wanted him to stay longer, but his transfer ambitions dont match those of the board.

  • d)The board wants him to stay, but Deschamps himself is not interested in staying.

  • e)our board doesn't know the meaning of appreciation and Loyalty, just like they did with players.

  • f)The fans arent happy with him.

  • g)Personality and/or strategy conflicts with board members

i would be really disappointed in the board if that happens but i think if it happens then Lippi would've been lined up from the beginning

If they do such a thing, I will fly to Italy to kill Lippi.. I am tired of hearing speculations about Lippi's comeback everyday.

Lets see here .. if the transfer guru is bringing in players , that decision has to be approved by the coach , after all its the coach that will assign each player to his position and its the coach that will select the squad to play with and ITS THE COACH who knows what type of players the team is lacking ..

So .. if DD is not agreeing with Blanc on the transfer strategy , then we have a big problem .. either Blanc has already set it up with Lippi to return to Juve and it is actually Lippi from behind the scenes who is telling Blanc which players to go after .. or ... or Blanc is just a complete idiot ! because you cant just go and get players that the coach does not feel that he needs !

You know come to think of it .. Lippi has always been the type of coach to go after the youngsters or the "odd choice" in players .. some of his choices become a hit (like Camo) and some of his choices are a big flunk (like legro) .. I wouldnt be shocked if i see Lippi back on the bench and it was him behind Blanc and Secco going after all these non-star players ..

They arent convinced by his performance , they know that Serie A will be tougher and he cant deal with it , i am sure even if he was in charge of juve in the start of the season he will not complete it

Well, IMO, the board isnt 100% sure about Deschamps,
he did an ok job, but not anything brilliant, they are afraid that with DD, Juve wont be that competitive next year and also that DD isnt experienced enough to build a world class team from ground zero, thats hwy they dont trust him 100% just yet,
we are going to make some really big investments the years to come
and if they r proved to be wrong ones we will never recover to our former status.
DD and his manager said he wants a bigger salary and much more power and responsibilities within the team's management, our managers probably think that he is not ready yet for such a responsibility...

like letting the likes of Zambrotta go it was nedved or Buffon who said it (if it is true) in their reports.. and also the buffon transfer..

These are only rumors and predictions, I am in support for the management, but if they let Didier leave and Buffon also, don't expect me to support them.
