The reason behind Deschamps possible departure (3 Viewers)

IF Deschamps is not our coach next season, what could be the ONE main reason behind it

  • a)The board only wanted him incharge for one season to begin with.

  • b)They arent convinced by his performance as manager, and expected more.

  • c)They wanted him to stay longer, but his transfer ambitions dont match those of the board.

  • d)The board wants him to stay, but Deschamps himself is not interested in staying.

  • e)our board doesn't know the meaning of appreciation and Loyalty, just like they did with players.

  • f)The fans arent happy with him.

  • g)Personality and/or strategy conflicts with board members

I dont think everything is in our hands right now.We are a club that has just been promoted to the Serie A,and we will not play in Europe for one season atleast. We dont have a strong squad current either.I refuse to believe that Zambrotta was sold just for the heck of it.No managment is stupid to let go of one of its top players just like that.Zambrotta would have asked for a leave in some way or the other,OR the managment would have wanted to slash its expenses because they club would have played in a lower league. The same goes for Buffon. The managment wouldnt sell him unless he wants to go.There is only as much the managment can do.If possible financial difficulties face you,or if the player wants to leave himself, there's not much the management can do.

Id love for Deschamps to stay, but like i said in another thread,he has to understand that because of the state we are in,we cannot get every player we want, especially when those very players have other big clubs chasing them too. That was the case with Toni and Mascherno, two of his main targets. We are seemingly close to signing Huntelaar, but the first option we have on him has played a big role in that.If we didnt have the first option,he would have probably ended up at Barcelona or Manchester United by now.

Our management lack confidence, I started to doubt that they have a clear vision for our future project... we have heared Blanc declaring that we need five years to become competitive at the beginning of this season and then one or two months later Coboli promise to fight for Scudetto straight away now it is four years ago.

Ohh sorry Blanc just mentioned we will become great again within 100 days.

Shit, that's it, I'm done with the theories... from now on I put a taboo on myself: "nothing's done until it's done".

I will be worried, when there's an official reason to worry :D

like letting the likes of Zambrotta go it was nedved or Buffon who said it (if it is true) in their reports.. and also the buffon transfer..

These are only rumors and predictions, I am in support for the management, but if they let Didier leave and Buffon also, don't expect me to support them.
Yea I read that, Buffon said that, but I dont buy that, Zambrotta himself stated he wanted to Join Milan and he stated WHY he left Juve.

Buffon himself hinted that he was about to leave, but he was convinced to stay, maybe he meant that they could convince Zambrotta and others to stay, they didn't do enough to make them stay? anyway, these are only theories being made out of reports that can't be take as evidence, since we know how media can fabricate half of the real story out of their asses..

But why are you stuck on this? most of the other options are opinions only like this one, and not facts..

Where'd you get that avatar from?
I half made it up. It's a famous cover of the cheesy Weekly World News tabloid I found off :google:. Sick of the idiocy of people giving credibility to tribalfootball.com stories, I added the "shocking Juve for sale" headline to it myself for context.

It's obviously something regarding our board because it's the only reasonable explanation why he would leave. Deschamps loves Juventus and took his job when nobody else wanted to, led us to promotion in reasonable fashion and deserves to have his word at the club. The board perhaps only wanted him in charge for one season which obviously would be in B, or maybe they have a bigger name in the works such as Wenger which would be interesting but come on here... what are we, a club full of mercenaries here? I don't care who the possible replacements are, Didier took this job and was successful in leading us back to Serie A, so there are no grounds to fire him. If we fire him our board is completely unfair and we really are taking some notes from that idiot Moratti and his clan of fuckups.

Andy: Your dead right it would be a disgrace if they dont give didi a chance in serie A. I mean can you imagine the shit he's had to go through this season. What do you think that dressing room was like when he took over? -30! a bad preperation in pre-season training(players leaving, rumours, scandal etc..) he had world champs and marquee players who were undecided on their future and probably not giving a very positive vibe and impression to all the then-unproven youngsters. but with help from dp and i assume nedved he has been able to motivate and create a team who up until a week before the season started we and he didnt know who would be in the starting 11. So just based on the fact of this and the fact that he truly does love the club he should stay.
p.s I would love someone like wenger or even Mourinho to come but right now its not right!!!
