Of course he is, he was a player at Juventus for quite some time and he knows this club very well..
And there are many players who've stated that they are satisfied with him, Nedved, Buffon and Cannavaro comes to mind.
Check out some of my previous posts as well, you'll see that I don't agree with everything Capello does - quite the contrary - but I consider him to be a professional coach overall. Definately not as good as he used to be (plus the times are changing) but still a proper coach.

"they must also understand the culture of FC Juventus and be able to follow strict rules and tradition and get respect from the group of players who already know what the club is about"
Juventus has been always a favorite to win in Europe, a team who teams in Europe should fear when they play against, Capello made of Juventus a crappy team who any decent team in Europe can beat.
Capello, sits Del Piero, a player that is the club symbol and who is good form, but he keep playing Zlatan God knows why.
"Get respect from the group" Nedved, Cannavaro and Buffon are real profesionals, they will not say anithing bad of their coach, you dont know for sure f they like Capello.
Juventus with Capello has been a domestic chamoion, who cant win outside Italy even if their life depends on it, Juventus with Capello has become a team who plays with the minimu effort, a team wich cant win againt crap teams like Treviso, a team which last month was 11 points clear and now is only 3 points clear...
Juventus with Capello has lost tradition.
