well there are alot of good coaches out there but which one is suitable for juve and which one will consider leaving his club.there are alot of things to consider.
first historically there hasn't been a non italian coach for juve ( what are the odds of this changing?)
second who are the available or can be available to come?
if (and thats a big if) juve board decide to open the doors for foriegn coaches then:
1- morinho wont leave chelsea at least until he win the CL
2- to my information hiddink is dedicated to PSV and will only coach national teams part time as he did with australia and will do with russia
3- IMO thre are two feasable choices for foregn coaches (erikson and koeman)
the first one proved himself in the seire a and gained more experience on attacking football from england,
the second proved trhat he can manage youngsters very well and also deal with the gevin options ( when he got more attacking force in ajax he played 433 and now in benfica he is more on build up play gevin his options)
for italian coaches i think you guys gave good reasons for each choice
