I think the perfect body would be Stallone's in the Rocky series. Man its gonna take me a lifetime to achieve that kind of perfection.

Or it can take 2 months if you do steroids.

Why would you want all that muscle anyways? All you need a nice shape, so that the girls are attracted to you.

u know its funny, ur right when you say guys work out to attract women. when in truth, it should be to better themselves mentally and physically. id be lying if i said having a lean body hasnt helped me with the opposite sex, it has. but that shouldnt be the sole aim.

fitness is important for a balanced life imo.

I see where you're coming from.

But fitness is not limited to working out and building the muscle mass. There is running, tennis, football, swimming, sex, drinking and tons of other ways to exercise.

Btw steroids are a strict no-no. Meal Replacements and Supplements probably, but steroids. Way too many hassles and side effects. ;)

As for other fitness regimens....running, footie, drinking and to cap it all of some unbelievable sex. Your absolutely right...hey did'nt i mention something about a balanced lifestyle? :D :D
