Jack,how many ppl do you have working under you? I'm sure they make damn sure they don't make mistakes.:D
Well, being a successful tyrant doesn't need too many people. I can practice fascism with three or four moderators doing what I tell them to do. Mistakes are not allowed, they are well trained.

What exactly do you do at Volvo, Jack?
I have a few roles, mainly software coordination. With that I make sure that the correct software goes to the correct trucks or buses by updating to newly developed ones. I do upgrade software kits and back office support. A minor role I've been involved with lately is to create a part of the spare part assortment for the new truck that will come to life in 2011.

I guess I can say so too. I am in no way eager to have people working under me at the moment. Also I think that in the future if I want to start my own business, I'll make sure I'll create something with no hierarchy or something where I can do all by myself.

What a perfect scenario,unfortunately dealing with conflicting personalities is a necessity.
