Bones's weaknesses

1. cardio...he was on fumes when he finished shogun..and he admitted that..against rampage he never rushed like he did in his 3 round finishes or like he did against shogun...still there was no threat of a tko for rampage in the entire fight..
2. striking defense...likebones himself said "he ran like a little bitch when rapage chased him" so i dont think he has very good defense...shogun was rocked by the knee in the first 15 seconds of the fight (a knee that would have knocked out major fights in the division) he still hung in there...
3. getting hit...machida will hit bones and bones will freak out

Trust me guys MACHIDA BEATS BONES!! remember this.. and i dont see how you guys cant see it

Randy in his prime would have beaten jones...so would have chuck and even tito the tit...

Sadly the trend and thinking in MMA is you are just as good as your last fight...jones has a massive reach and he knows how to use it well...look at struve getting his ass knocked out with a reach advantage more than the entire length of america...thing is machida is awesome in finding his target and not getting hit....that's actually the strength of both jones and machida and on the day it will come down to who does it better....

I dont want machida to change a lot for his fight with jones...i have never likes machida (and it has nothing with shogun getting robbed in teh first fight )

Btw lemme tell you this,if bones beats machida the only reason will be machida will look worse than any other fight he has been in...that will be the reviews and comments all around that it was machida's worst performence...


If machida looks good (like rampage looked good against bones) there is no way he is losing this fight...i am even considering betting a huge chunk of my hard earned real money on machida

Thing about cardio is i can count 20 fighters who had/have better cardio than Bones in a 5 round fight. I can count at least 10 fighters would would have moped the floor with bones in their prime.

The things being said about bones,i heard it al before with wanderlei in japan,cro corp in japan...shinya aoki..shogun in japan and during his introduction into the UFC...brock lesnar after his fight against mir (ufc 100)...the "welcome to the machida era" after the evans knockout....if there was no cigano it would have been the same cain is never getting beat shit...

the relationship between the bones hype and the fans is in their honeymoon phase...you know when u start dating a girl and al you do is have wild sex and no awkward convos and all the songs on teh radio is about you and every other couple sucks donkey ass...its the same phase for jon jones..

Machida is great on the ground with his BJJ and thats why so few go to the ground with the likes of him and Anderson. But a phenomenal wrestler can not only take a phenomenal BJJ artist to the ground, the wrestler can absolutely wear out the BJJ guy and defeat him in the process.

Point and case is GSP - Abu Dhabi champ & phenomenal wrestler. And he goes to ground and doesn't pound, he just wears them down.

Thats what Jones can do

here is what people see in the bones shogun fight...shogun getting absolutely pounded for 3 round..
AND here is the fact that actually happened...shogun limping on his knee enters the fight(ok let's not count that) he enters and gets caught with the knee in the first 15 seconds which would have knocked out most of the top fighters or at least rocked them enough to get tko'd in the next 10 seconds..

shogun's granite chin was his biggest enemy that night...he was hurt and rocked but his chin kept him from getting knocked out like GSP
