@tony, could you check my opening post of that thread and tell me about your opinion?
I would love to see Luca Toni put on the black and white jersey. I liked all of your moves, although I think that bringing cannavaro back would be a waste of time and money. Don't get me wrong, I think he is the best defender in the world, but I think Cannavaro is a temporary solution to the most valuable position out there. Once again it is a matter of defense over offense and I like to build the defense.

Offensively though I would like to see Pizarro for sure because he is in-expensive. Along with Toni, Amauri, or Klose. I am not sold on Klose.

Based on Camoranesi's recent comments, it is more than apparent that he wants out. It is sad because he is very good at what he does, however I think marchionni and salihamdzic will fill his position adequately. Although my opinion is that Camo is better than those two. This realy makes Ribery and Ljunberg more neccessary.

Perhaps we can trade Trez (who wants out as well) to Lyon for Diarra and a nice sum of money. Sissoko is good, but I think he is a bit stupid. The stupidity could just be youth, but I need to see more from Sissoko before I am sold. Diarra is very solid and would be a good starting DMF.

Below is a list of players I think would be good for Juve to pickup.

    CB: Barzagli
    CB: Metzelder
    CB: Cannavaro
    CB: Vanden Borre
    CB: Samuel
    CB: Heinze
    CB: Terlizzi

    SB: Zambrotta

    DMF: Diarra
    DMF: Mavuba
    DMF: Sissoko

    CMF: Muntari
    CMF: Emerson
    CMF: Gilberto
    CMF: Diego

    SMF: Malouda
    SMF: Ribery
    SMF: Quaresma

    CF: Toni
    CF: Pizarro
    CF: Amauri
    CF: Klose
    CF: Huntlaar

I prefer to pick up the Italian players. The last thing I want is to see Juventus become like Inter. Picking up good foreiners because we can't, or choose not to, pony up for the top Italians.

Even if he is a temporary solution, I see no problem in that. Players like Criscito would benefit and gain a good experience just from their play beside Cannavaro. I've just said the same in another thread.

I guess the smartest question to ask would be how much are these players going to cost? And how much will we get from the sales of Trez, Camo and Zebina. If they so choose to leave.

    How much for:

    Barzagli
    Metzelder
    Cannavaro
    Zambrotta
    Vanden Borre
    Luisao
    Alou Diarra
    Ribery
    Toni
    Pizarro
    Amauri
    Quaresma
    Klose

    ??

We'll get around £13M, £6.5M and £2.5M for Trezeguet, Camoranesi and Zebina respectively.

    Barzagli=£10M, Metzelder = Free, Cannavaro=£4M, Zambrotta=£6M, Vanden Borre=£3.5M, Luisao=£7M, Alou Diarra=£10M, Ribery=£15M, Toni=£20M, Pizarro=Free, Amauri=£9M, Quaresma=£14M and finally Klose=£14M.

    Was with you all the way up to there! Zambro is;
    1) Italian
    2) Not that old
    3) The best fullback in the world

No reason at all to send him anywhere, get him back, another world class player always welcome in bianconero.

I agree with your three points, but do you think that a true Bianconeri would be from the first to escape the black and white ship once it is on verge to drown?
