Not where i live in CA but in most states yea. I can't think of any shotgun shells that are illegal other than non-lethal crowd control rounds that the Law uses.

I'm getting a Class III license to own the suppressor, so I could easily for any other type of weapon, if I had the money.

Nope. And if you want to carry you need to be either some law enforcement officer, security, or celebrity or something. But MAYBE if you bring over a certain amount of money to the bank daily then you can be granted one, but I'm not entirely sure.
