So I had these bag issues where I had been waiting for two months for the release of a certain bag. I woke up all early and got online to purchase the bag because I didn't want to deal with any New York crowds. For some reason, they had a huge mess up. I end up without the bag and an a large sum of money (the bag + shipping) taken out of my account even though they claimed my funds were denied. Bag sells out in stores and online within an hour. So I called them and emailed them for a week straight no response. They just refunded me my money. It is a month later. I get this email.

I can't believe this bitch says "My heart just broke in two about your situation" If your heart was so broken why haven't I been contacted until a month later!!?

I can't believe they do business this way. I have spent thousands on this site and thats what they come up with. I better be getting this bag for free.
That sucks. I would never buy anything from them anymore, unless they come up with a great compensation.

By the way, I heard you can check out bags on this site too.
The bag people at Net-a-Porter just emailed me back. I wrote them today after they emailed me 3 more times and even emailed my sister who also uses their site. I don't know why they were so dedicated to getting in touch with me but whatever. They decided to credit me 2000 dollars on their site in addition to the 200 they credited me when the mishap happened. So I think its a good compensation package although I wish I just got the bag  I guess I'll shop there again :sigh:

Sorry to say but I think that's great customer service. Things like that happen and it takes a while for big companies to notice them. I think you got more than enough compensated for your troubles, with 2000$ to spend and a complete refund of your money.

Try working out a situation like that in Croatia. Ha.

Sarah, why didn't you tell me this on the phone?

If you got your money back... that's a good deal. I've gotten screwed over without payment before three too many times.

Yeah but the customer service had to come after me complaining to them for two weeks straight through phone calls and emails with no response. It was a very frustrating ordeal and I still don't have the bag  Its all I wanted. I don't mind the extra $2200 to spend on their site though.

As I said, it's been a long day lol. I totally forgot to mention it. I got my money back and more but on the real, all I want is MY BAG. :D

That's nothing, believe me. I left my cellphone, under warranty, at the authorised repair-shop two weeks ago and they said it outta be finished after 3,4 days. It's been two weeks now, I called them 3 times yesterday and the dispatcher said "I'll patch you through to the service department" every time. She patched me through alright, so the service department can hang up on me 3 times in a row. Now I need to drive up there, angry as hell, just so I can see if anyone has even looked at my phone. God knows if it's ever gonna get repaired.

Don't get me started on getting a refund in this place... With 2000$ credited to your account, you should buy me a pair of jeans. :D

But they are assholes. They screw up an order, they are not legally liable, which sucks.

Well I hope you get it. You better get out there and get drunk. I hope I can visit you this summer.

Yeah I couldn't handle that. I guess I shouldn't be complaining.

Oh too bad the site doesn't sell male jeans :D plus I don't wnat to buy you 10 pairs of jeans just so you can find one that you like ;)

You say hell no like it is so outrageous to actually care to fix the mess you made. So you ran ran over him and you actually think he is okay or did he just go in between your tires?

I don't know I just heard crunching, and I stopped but the passenger said it ran off, so then I was thinking about the car.

And I didn't make the mess. I couldn't avoid because it just ran out and there were cars at the side and behind me. And I was told in defensive driving, not to dodgedogs because they'll end up killing you.

Well when I said mess, I meant more in terms of facing up to your actions of actually hitting the dog not dodging him because sometimes you can't help those things. I'm sure you wouldn't hit a dog on purpose.

Hopefully he is really okay but I doubt it. :frown2:
