yes if he gets the player he wants. The coach (and not the manager) should decide which player will be needed in the campaign. Secco's task is to realize DD's wishes. If he wants to select the coming players he should start as a coach. Otherwise, what would be a job of a coach being at a top club? Setting the pylons and pumping up balls?
