"Im not sure whether this should be topical discussion or a movie thread. This 'Film' was the biggest compilation of lies, deciets and illusions i think iv ever seen, its almost as bad a "loose change". A couple of things to note, this 'documentary' is very selective about what evidence it provides you with and when it does give you evidence, it doesnt give you the whole thing unless it actually specifically agrees with that they say, this happeneds once in the whol documentary. This may sound obssesive but i am not a passive audience member, i am not going to sit their and just believe what they say because they put 80s horror music on in the background with scary images of hitler. I looked up every single article they cite in the documentary and only one of them actually said what they claimed it said, and its relevance to the line arguement is next to none. A key example of this is when they claim that a member of the Bilderberg Group has issued a statement to London Financial Times saying that after 15 years of secrets they are openly admiting they are pushing for a new world order. First thing to note is that the person that they claim issued a statement actually writes for the Financial Times and secondly that this artical doesnt say, it is an article about what would happen if there were to be a new world order, the reason it was used was because the title sounded suspicious to anyone with an iq bellow sleepy's and suprisingly they only showed the title in the film and not the actual artical. Every artical i looked up was the same thing, some of them were absolutley nothing to do with what they were saying.

If you watch it or do watch it, please be aware that what they are saying IS NOT fact, it is NOT TRUE, it is a clear example of why circumstancial evidence does not stand up in the judicial system. Another thing to notice is that these are the people that have been harrasing george bush for the last 8 years and co-incidentaly the only 'experts' they could get involved were people that believe 9/11 was a government attack and rap singers, and the two groups over-lapped a fair bit aswell. I personally cannot use these people to dictate what i believe when they are clearly not in a state of sound mind. Another area in which we can see retarded evidence being used is....They go through members of the US cabinet and tell you what groups they are members off. It says that your minister for foreign relations is a member of the Foreign Relations Commitee ....And that the person who is in charge of the economy used to work on wall street Shocked i mean FUUUUUUCK people who would logically be doing these jobs are doing them....this means .....THEY ARE TAKING OVER THE WORLD

Just to balance what iv said, what they are saying isnt too far-fetched, it is logical that this MIGHT happen, but if they cannot provide evidence for what they are saying then i dont see why it should be taken seriously, if that documentary were an essay submited to a university i seriously believe it would fail but its making stuff up and not justifying it. Another thing is that if there were plans for the Bilderberg Group to make this New World Order, we are never once told why this is a bad thing, globalisation is a great thing that is bringing our world together to stop fighting between each other that we saw in the 20th century, we are now able to meet in summits like G20 next week to talk about our problems, the only thing that is bad about it, is when you get xenophobic cunts making films."

Unfortunately though, much of what was presented in the film has happened or is happening. Goldman Sachs, the investment bank, provided the Obama campaign with tons of campaign money, and now these investment banks are reaping the benefits of fraudulent practices that put tax payers on the hook for their bad bets. It's typical fraudulent rent seeking behavior; increase the risk for a large population and only allow for a small number of individuals to profit.

Insider trading has increased 100% during the past couple years, which has been allowed by the US Treasury and Federal Reserve. If people really understood what was going on here, they would revolt. But instead, our media doesn't report on it, so nobody knows the truth. At least this film covers the fleecing of America to some degree.

Whether there is an actual heinous New World Order or not, this film is 100% correct in claiming Wall Street has Hijacked Washington. It's there for everyone to see, but hey, what do I know? Keep thinking the US government cares about you.

Action speaks louder then word. Been 7 months, and one have given him a chance to see the "action", but clearly ALOT of it its just words to appease easily, its very easy for him. But what needs to be done more is pointing to his ACTIONS, not saying a new President is suppsoed to change it over night, but clearly seems more like talking about more then heading to that direction.

McCain would have been 10x worse. At least Obama is not a carbon copy of Bush; that's exactly what McCain would have been. The Republican party should never be allowed to be in power.

Republicans are far more effective than Democrats at putting on a theater of absurdity with a straight face.

Democrats have turned into wet noodles -- they should have been 10x this crazy when Bush was in office, because they had 100x more ammunition. But most Demos by comparison just took it with their legs in the air, stared at the ceiling, and dreamed of England. They pussied out.

And there will always be conspiracy theories. It's how some people's brains are wired to interpret the world.

I don't deal with people who can't accept reality anymore. Those who aren't in touch with the reality of what is going on in the financial system today, the sheer amount of fraud and theft that will come back to haunt the taxpayer, manipulations that are even increasing under our new President who does nothing about it... can perish for all I care.

Conspiracy theorist? Good. Keep beating your Obama drums.

All I ask is give me my vote back, then go have a ball.
