I thought I would miss Mike Komisarek when he left the Canadiens.

Needless to say, I certainly do not.

And I took a look at the remaining schedule.

At Buffalo, Home Vs. Ottawa, At Philadelphia, Home vs Florida, At the Rangers, At Washington, Home Vs Tampa, At Carolina, Home Vs. Toronto.

Now, God may not like ugly, but I sure do if it means that Montreal can get into the top 3 of the draft this year. And this is uglier than a bag of assholes

:D

I can't believe I got sucked into thinking that they would finally make the playoffs this year. You tried to warn me buddy, and I should have listened.

My friends back home are beside themselves right now. That was really, really ugly tonight, Max. Was it goal 6, or goal 7 when the entire forward unit went for a change at the same time - while the Bruins were streaking through the neutral zone towards their net? I got some very angry texts during the game. I must say, I do always enjoy a good 'Thank You Kes-sel', though - as if he made that trade himself :D

Also, as my buddy Chris said: "That Mike Komisarek certainly is a glutton for punishment."
Yep, that was the 7th goal when everyone decided to bounce. Bruins are probably taking the cup again.

I've got a question for the board: Giroux, Backstrom & Seguin... pick two of these guys, and tell me why :p

Great to see Pevs back last night. The guy is just so versatile, he can play up and down the lineup, PP & PK. Such a huge boost. Marty Turco brought his A-Game, too, he was solid. :D Seggy is struggling a bit; running around, pressing, mental blockage. Joe Corvo in the press box is fantastic - he needs to stay there. Zanon should help for the run. He fits well.

B's are turning it around. Horton is still a big loss, we'll see if the team can compensate; he's been working out for a little while, but he's still not skating. Can't wait to hear some updates on Tuukka.

Pittsburgh is looking stupid good right now. Crosby & Malkin have a ton of help, and that's big trouble. They look as though they're on some holy mission to immediately reestablish their dominance as the World's Best. 1 & 1A. When they traded for him, I said Neal might score 40 this year - he's pretty close! Over a PPG right now, huge season.

Ovie's finally shown up! Looking forward to seeing Backstrom back in the lineup, one of my absolute favorites. Shouldn't be long now, within the week, hopefully.

I can't wait for playoff hockey. I was looking through my road trip photos from last year's cup final tonight, and getting a little misty. :D

we? You from Pittsburgh ?
Nope. I live closer to Washington, but I don't like the Caps.

My dad went to school in Pittsburgh so growing up all we watched were the Steelers and the Pens. Growing up in Houston I became a fan of most of those franchises, but they didn't have the hockey.

I like you just fine.

I don't hate the Caps, but their fans can be pretty annoying. A lot of them are Redskins bandwagoners that don't know much about hockey and can't realize that lazy Ovie is their biggest problem. However, there are a lot of Pens fans that are similar with Crosby, which is why I'm a Malkin guy. It's probably a similar feeling for anyone living where a different team is popular. I feel similarly about the Redskins and Baltimore fans as well.
