Yeah, total stop gap, not eligible to play in the playoffs. Marty's been done for a few years.

Unfortunately Anton Khudobin hurt his wrist before Tuukka went down, so we're short #2 & 3 right now. The midseason moves haven't been very impressive this season, but at least PC didn't force anything, or blow up the nucleus. There are quite a few contracts coming due in the next couple years.

I can't believe I got sucked into thinking that they would finally make the playoffs this year. You tried to warn me buddy, and I should have listened.

My friends back home are beside themselves right now. That was really, really ugly tonight, Max. Was it goal 6, or goal 7 when the entire forward unit went for a change at the same time - while the Bruins were streaking through the neutral zone towards their net? I got some very angry texts during the game. I must say, I do always enjoy a good 'Thank You Kes-sel', though - as if he made that trade himself
