The past two games have just been fucking crazy. Last night we scored with .2 seconds left in regulation to tie and tonight we did the same to win in OT. And also tonight we scored two goals in consecutive fashion in the span of 5 seconds, setting a Detroit record. The overall record was 4 seconds set by Minnesota in 2004.

You guys a certainly making it exciting these last games huh? Howard's been rockin'. Calgary surely helping also but they're boring. I can't see how anybody outside of the city would want to follow that club.

I've always hated the Flames. But I'm sure they have fans outside of Alberta.

Our big players are stepping up and that's what we need. I don't mind finishing 8th as it doesn't really matter once you get under the 4th spot. Just want to make the playoffs and use our experience to get through the lack of home ice advantage.

With this being Jimmy's first real year, I don't expect to go very far. But I must say he's been damn good for us and we need to provide him more help in front of the crease.

He's still here, but when he has played he hasn't been that good. Howard has been pretty solid and we're starting to look to the future with him as the main guy.
