I doubt she likes the city though, but too bad for her.

Although I'm sure she shops at one of the top three malls in America in the suburbs. The beautiful Somerset Collection.
Dude, swedes love the US, they would do anything to live there and especially if they got a lot of money for it.

Well, that's no excuse, really. Since it's the fans who do that, they hurt their own club. It's like the morons who yell out monkey chants throughout stadiums in Italy.

It's not like being passionate and sensible at the same time is some sort of anomaly. Being proud about one's heritage and a complete asshole do not go hand-in-hand. Or at least shouldn't.
Not just the fans.

The flames of resentment and bigotry and just plain ignorance are fanned by the French speaking Montreal Media.

It can get really, really bad.

Playing in Montreal is like playing in New York. Except that the Canadiens are the only game in town, so it can be worse

Oh, and we love the Swedes.

Especially Victoria Silvstedt

My, oh my oh my oh my oh my oh my
I've actually lived in LA and the problem is that you guys(not you, the average American) think we are from Switzerland. Everytime someone asked me where I was from and I said Sweden they'd think i meant Switzerland.

Andy, if you ever get a chance to go up to the Bell Centre to watch a game, don't pass it up. Its an experience you will never forget.

Just imagine yourself, with all the passion and knowledge of hockey that you have, and multiply it by 21,173.

    Am I right, Mark?
You bet but even if I live like 30min away from it I don't go every year. The atmosphere is great, can't beat that anywhere else in the hockey world.

Damn beer is almost 12$ btw. :sergio:

Well, once again we lost our first game of the season, just like last year and in 2006. It's no biggie, but we still have major problems defensively. Not to mention I didn't like the shots we were taking tonight -- too easy for Mason. But that's what happens when you lose snipers like Hossa and Sammi. At least the fourth line showed up to play tonight, along with a couple other players. I just hope Ozzie isn't going to have the same sort of season as last year.

He was horrible last year during the first half of the season, and he could have been better tonight. But I honestly don't see him being as bad as last year, trust me. The team is just trying to play too much like last season, making risky passes and not fore/back-checking enough. They'll soon realize we can't play that way anymore.

Hmm, for some reason the Pens game is blacked out of my area. It's not on NHL Center Ice, and Dish doesn't allow me to watch the NHL Network. This is fucking weird.
