I always liked Bob Gainey when I was young (I think it's mostly because my best friend's cousin dated his daughter for many years - he always said that Bob was a good guy), but this is just unreal...
It's always the same thing with Vancouver. Five years ago people said they'd be competing for the Cup, and five years later they still say the same thing despite not even coming close.
I'd take Sutter and his Flames over them as the real threat from Western Canadian teams.
