The refs turn a blind-eye, how convenient. I'm tired of this shit.

I'm sick of Bettman and his troupe. This league isn't worth watching anymore. Move all the teams into the South. Vegas, Albuquerque, El Paso, Shreveport, Baton Rouge...all viable markets, right?

I'm not really mad about the call. It's to be expected.

But I do wish Bettman would be gone. Every single game has a different set of rules it appears, so the league needs to address it and soon. Fans across North America are getting sick of it.

    *PING*... almost, Samuelsson...

Good game so far. Pittsburgh better get their shit together NOW, or this series is going to be real short...

And he left because, and I quote:

"When I compared the two teams, I felt like I would have a little better of a chance to win the Cup in Detroit."

It would be easier to contain Malkin if the best two-way player in the game would be out there tonight. Hopefully Pavel will be back for game 4.

I think the Pens will take the game tonight. It will probably be an extremely rough game for Hossa, but hopefully lady luck will be with him and he can shut the crowd up quickly.

Watch for a "Gary Bettman" game tonight.
As expected, Pens win. Nothing surprising about that, and nothing surprising about the missed calls. It's just part of the current state of the league.

Perhaps we pulled Ozzie a bit too early under the circumstances, but our players didn't do a good job in the third period whatsoever anyway. Too many mistakes by the defensemen trying to get out of our zone and we couldn't find a way to test Fleury. It happens.

Congrats to Pens fans. Rumor has it that a guy named Datsyuk will be back on Thursday for Game Four. Who the hell is that guy? Hope he's good.

It was also sort of funny hearing the Pens fans chant Ozzie Ozzie after they scored an empty netter. :seven: We had a good laugh about that one, and I'm sure Osgood will as well.

I make a joke about the Pens fans chanting Ozzie on the empty netter, then say good game Pens, yet they still call me a sore loser. :lol2:

These are the same people who said burn Detroit's economy.

    And you're laughing because... ?

Iginla is basically a one-man team with two decent defensemen, yet somehow he gets his club to the Playoffs. I don't like him very much, but yes, he's a better leader than Crosby without a fucking doubt.

You wrote to me once...listing the four chief virtues: Wisdom...justice...fortitude...and temperance. As I read the list, I knew I had none of them. But I have other virtues, Father... Ambition. That can be a virtue
when it drives us to excel. Resourcefulness, courage.Perhaps not on the battlefield, but there are many forms of courage.Devotion to my family...But none of my virtues were on your list.

It won't be Crosby, that's for sure. Giving it to him while they have Pronger, Iginla, Gagne and Rob Blake would be absurdity.

The kid is good, but he's got a long ways to go to being a great captain. One of the things he needs to do is become a leader defensively, not just offensively.
