When you were defending the Amauri move with passion and i was saying that it is a wrong move, because we already bought coverage on Iaquinta and we will buy other forwards by the time DP+Treze retires. You said that spending the bulk
of our transfer budget for our stacked up forward line would be mistake and you wouldnt adopt the idea.
But here you are now defending it...at least i am not afraid of my choices and i stand firm on my ground. Therefore i have the courage to explain what kind of moves i would approve and why... then i have all the right to complain when history actually proves me right...

It is true that Chelsea was the toughest match we had, but they play without wingers so it isn't the best example.

I do like playing a 4-3-3, but I'm trying to imagine how Ranieri's thinking. It's easier to write him off as stupid rather than trying to see the logic in his action, but it's there. It's not always what you and I agree with but he has his reasons. If those reasons are what I wrote a few posts above, then we could see a formation change after summer.

But that's the thing. I don't see any logic in fielding average players just to maintain a system. A manager is supposed to use the system that fits the players the most, not the other way around. Anybody can have their reasons but if the reasons are inane they just have to accept it and move on.

I do not generally question or bash our board for no good reason.
My criticism is aimed at some specific choices they made and their long term effects.
For example i ve extensively explained under which circumstances the Cassano deal would be grave mistake. If our board manages to recreate the exact same circumstances and those circumstances have the effect i predicted, then i do have the right to keep bashing this particular choice for the remainder of the season, as its effects expands through it and affect our chances!
I dont bash our board for the odd/random bad result, or because the winds blow from the wrong today, i offer extensive arguments in an attempt to offer a constructive criticism. I think there is a difference there.
I am not to blame for other people's behaviors and motives...

There is not only black and white, only pessimism and optimism, but a lot of degrees between them. It is a mistake to throw every one in just one of those two groups.

For example when i said that i expect us to win nothing in this season,
due to the choices made from our board, that undermined our chances.
When others where dreaming of titles(championship+CL final for Neddy),
i was just wanted to remain realistic and keep the balance in here.
Although you tried to make it sound more dramatic, with the "we are doomed" quotes and such, but that was never my intention. If i was pessimistic, i would say that we will only qualify for the UEFA positions, or worse...(i might try that for a change to realize the difference)
I just wanted to keep it real and avoid some of the members here get carried away and eventually disappointed when we will naturally fail to met such high expectations...

you dont need 20 years of seria a coaching exp. to see that our squde dosn't have the players for 4-4-2.
this is why as much as i try to like renieri and i do to some extent I can't get is logic, but i do hope he has one (i'm not convinced yet)/

Dossena was a good Lb in Serie A, hes was just struggling with the fast pace of the EPL.

Though I think his performances have gotten better in recent weeks I still wouldnt want him here at Juve.

I think Trez will be sold. His comments after the Chelsea match, and the backlash he took in the media by our management points towards an exit, imo. They could have addressed the matter internally, but went public and tore him a new 1. They wouldn't have belittled him publicly if they wanted to keep him happy and with Juve. He is gone imo. If not Trez, than IQ, but I doubt it since he rejected a lucrative contract to play in Russia.

We should be able to get at least €10m for Trezegol, and it's not impossible to raise another €6m with some of our co-owns. This €16m + Almiron Cassano rumour seems believable.

W/e money they put aside for a Nedved replacement is still there.

I can't see us playing a 4321 or 4231, since we could have played those formations this season but never did.

Well if thats an extra 8m Euro on top of the money we have earned from Tv rights, CL etc, Sponsorship bonuses and future player sales then we should have a tidy sum to fix our Neddy replacement and wing back problems.
