Question:

I know nothing about basketball but I still decided to join their fantasy league. I am considering dropping Otto Porter Jr. because of his injury for either Brandon Bass, Xavier Henry, or Nick Young.

Thoughts?

I can't blame Mitch Kupchak for this. I really don't think that he had anything to do with this. This was all Jim Buss, and it was a power move. He lost all of his leverage a couple of months ago when he said that there was no way that he would let Kobe become a free agent. You fucker.

And Kobe.

You.

YOU

YOU

I don't even know what to say about you. I really don't. Selfish is too nice a word. 48 million dollars for the next 2 seasons for a 36 year old player? Don't talk about how you want to win another ring when you just swallowed up half of the available cap room for next season. The fuck is wrong with you, man.

Jesus, I can't even begin to express how angry I am with this. Mr. Kupchak, I KNOW that this is not your fault and you were following orders. You're too good of a GM to put up with this shit, and I hope that you resign so that you can find a place that truly respects you.

Paul George  :touched:

Indiana and San Antonio are my picks (based on what I've seen so far). Clippers, Blazers, OKC, and the Heat are also gonna be in the mix. The Eastern Conference truly sucks; only 3 teams with winning records thus far. Toronto top the Atlantic Division with a 6-8 record :howler:

I'm no Kobe fan, but I was very much rooting for him to get back to his level, it's alwasy fun and entertaining seeing him on his day when he is just beasting. Sadly this happens...

And I'm a big Lakers fan, and this was a mistake.

A mistake that I just knew was going to happen.

Kupchak had nothing to do with this. This was Jim Buss' call from the very beginning, and he is going to shit on the legacy that his dad left behind. Kupchak pruposely put the team in a position last year to either A) Rebuild the team around Dwight Howard, with Howard as the lead horse, or B) If that wasn't going to happen, give the Lakers 50 million in salary cap space for this summer.

Jim Buss swallowed half of that cap space for the next two years with this ridiculous move

jim buss is a shit owner, i know that. but what bothers me is kobe. he always sayshe wants a 6th ring and then comes up with this... i know hes a legend and all but if you really want to help the team to win a ring you dont take almost half of the cap space at the age of 35? we dont have any players under contract in the 2016 summer so lets hope kupchak puls of some magic and makes us top favorites again (bring in durant AND love).
