exactly....i dont think england is the best in britain in the u-23 category...ireland or scotland would like to consider themselves as equals

and even at the senior level...didnt northern ireland beat england a few months ago hmm

I've always been of the opinion that football should be replaced by futsal at the Olympics. It probably won't happen in my lifetime :sad:

Considering that we are talking about six years from now, and players aged under 23 (except for 3 seniors...thanks Enron) I find it impossible to predict the spread of players from each country.
All I know is Scotland and Wales FA's are against this.

Can the UK Olympic Selection Committe force Scots and Welsh players to play for an Olympic team without their Associations permission?

How about futsol in addition to football?

Because the football tournament is kind of a joke, very few take it seriously and it precedes the World Cup, a much more important event.
