J/K, I agree but deleting posts is probably too tedious of a job to ask mods to do. A simpler idea would be to close threads when shit starts to go off. Like yesterday's Neil Armstrong. Closing that thread would have sent a message that the type of conversing is not enjoyed. Of course people will sometimes take their squabbles to a new thread, but then they can be banned.

Yeah closing thread is is very useful option too, but as Greg describes deleting, I see the same for closing, as a last resort, should be done if "moderating", by deleting, warning etc doesnt work (at times better as the first choice, if thread is hopeless/dumb from the get-go). Tends to be more practical in this order (and works for me in different places I moderated). But yeah I agree its tedious, even more so in this forum that has HUGE amount of posts per minute ratios in certain threads (4 years later, and I still cant get used to what a senseless quantity of posts this place can generate hehe).

There are members with whom I don't agree, quite a lot actually but what Cronios writes cannot be tolerated. He is simply trolling, no one in his right mind would come up with what he writes. It has gone too far lately.
