I have no problem with religious people as most of my friends are. Tbh the ones I can't stand are mostly evangelical Christians. I was a member of a Baptist church youth group for many years and I wouldn't go as far to say religious people are all idiots, but being an atheist and sitting in on religious preachings and ceremonies was always a little weird. To answer your question I do not think religious people are idiots, everybody wants answers and religion provides them. I was not trying to offend anybody religious, I know I make frequent jokes but I am a very tolerant person
